Customer service was absolutely horrendous. There are only 2 associates that I won’t involve and that would be the larger Hispanic gentleman and the new hire. Other than that, the staff was lackluster and incompetent. You will never have my business again and I will see to it that everyone I know in the DFW never shops here ever again.

So my friend and I walked up to the counter to ask for help a young girl on her phone said "um I'm busy! " and rolled her eyes. No way shape or form is this acceptable behavior for any company. I've been coming to auto zone for 30 years.

My son's car battery is still under warranty, I purchased it myself at an Auto Zone in Houston and it was installed there. My college student son drives the car in Ft. Worth now and has been told by the same employee at this Auto Zone TWICE in a 3 week period that they can't replace the battery, he needs to take the car somewhere else. Both times the employee looked it up and confirmed that it was still under warranty and stated that it could probably be replaced at no charge, but then each time gave a different excuse why it couldn't be done at that moment or at that store. I'm not sure if this is just a lazy employee or if this store location doesn't like to do warranty replacements for batteries that were purchased at another location.Edited to add: The second time he drove directly to the Richland Hills store where they immediately replaced it with no issues or objections.

Very busy the best time to get service is around 8 to 9 am otherwise you may have a lengthy wait due to a influx of customers ...service is help is very patient and trained but still stressed..Gs
