Lady with the glasses didn’t help me at all with my check engine codes, just looked at me like I was stupid and told me to take it to a mechanic. Auto zone is supposed to help figure out what you need, not condescend people that don’t know everything about cars.

Today I received the best service, Antwan W went above and beyond. My truck hasn't been working well and went down in my parking lot of my job . I walked to this location for help . Even though it's over 100 degrees outside he walked back to my job and worked on my truck and got it running. When I say I've never experienced service like this I truly mean that . AutoZone needs to keep this guy close because after reading the multiple reviews he has , it's safe to say he's a asset. I see why everyone comes to this location.

I was literally driving around for assistance with my ac and nobody could help me but I came to this location and Antwan w. has an amazing customer service I am highly pleased with his assistance, very kind gentleman didn’t mind helping me at all I will be coming to this location from now on for any further services 5 stars!

I stood at the counter needing service for atleat 15minutes while a lady talked on her cell phone and counted the money in one of the registers. I did not see anyone else nor did she call anyone else to help me. Finally a gentleman came up front and asked if I need help.

Antwan the manager went above and beyond. My car battery went dead down the street . We didn’t have any tools so he followed us down the street to change the battery in the parking lot while in the rain . I never thought AutoZone had this type of service until today . I will forever use AutoZone and everyone should too .

Antwan the manager was amazing. I needed a battery and not only did he change it, but he also corrected all the issues . If you ever need anything car related go to autozone and see him . Hopefully every store has someone like him!
