Had to stop by AutoZone today for a battery failure. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Naomi. So kind, professional and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and how to solve the problem. I definitely appreciate her time and patience with my dad and I. I highly recommend this location and they should be very grateful to have people like her, happy and willing to help.

I went to get my battery checked out and an associate brushed me off! First he said the battery tester was dying and he needed to get another he got a small one came back in told me my battery was fine and was at 50% and was good I told him what I have been dealing with for the past few days he wasn’t listening told me me I must have left my lights on then told me it was my push start button and wiring he pretty much starting telling me anything crazy part it was another employee there just listening to the bs he was giving me. Took it to another AutoZone just to be told it indeed was the battery

Unprofessional how are you running a automotive store and your employeee tells me your check engine light machine broke so why is yall haven’t ordered a new one doesn’t even make sense but I will not go back here this is my second incident with this store the manager of this store needs to do better and train his employees better.
