I definitely recommend coming to this banfeild location! We recently had to put my 17 1/2 years old yorkie down and the staff was super sweet and handled everything with so much care! While she was alive they also treated us well when she had doctor appointments ❤️ i appreciate their hard work and support. I will definitely keep going to this location with my other pup.I also purchased to get my dogs ashes done and they gave me the most beautiful package with her paw print and card with her hair inside. It was so special ❤️

Dr Heard and the Team of Care Givers at Banfield are my heroes! They have been caring for TeAmo for over 10 years. The love and compassion shown for my pup, and for me, is incredible. I can't imagine trusting the care of my old girl to any other team. DR Heard is simply the BEST!!!!I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL!

SAVE YOUR MONEY, these people will lie and say you gave a ”verbal consent” to certain things & then hit you with a huge bill after. The manager Ivonne won’t ever return your call. Literally the worst customer service ever. I’d recommend to go anywhere but here.

We just took our dog & cat in for teeth cleaning, check-ups & immunizations. We are very happy with Banfield Vet Hospital at 2900 Heritage Trace Parkway. Dr. Parker always gives us an update & asks if we have any questions? We are so glad we chose Banfield Vet Hospital for our pets!

The staff here are really great and treat my nervous pup with a lot of patience. I recommend them and their wellness plan as well!

I went to this Banfield to get an Xray for my cat, I had to sign up for the plan in order to get him the Xray. The only procedure I wanted done for my cat that day was the Xray, I explained this all already to the people available that day and I was charged for testing and vaccines to which I DID NOT CONSENT TO! Obviously it added more to the bill. I also asked for the Xrays to be sent to me since I wanted a second opinion and I didn't even see them or the doctor who saw my cat myself, I also got denied that.I am currently contacting many people in management about this and on top of that, I just got sent a visit summary saying I took my cat yesterday for an appointment which is absolutely false. I will never use Banfield services again and this better get fixed now, because I want to cancel that plan and don't want anything relating me to Banfield any longer!

I came to this location after a bad experience at a different Banfield (Lake Worth). I had to have her seen immediately because she was declining after only 48 hours of having been seen by a vet at the Lake Worth location. I had an appointment scheduled four days out, but couldn't wait the weekend because my cat, Pixie, was declining in health so rapidly.I walked in with her, visibly feeble and in distress, and asked to have her seen by a Veterinarian at the clinic. They flat-out refused to see her that day and said the soonest they could see her is tomorrow. They suggested I go to a vet ER not far away. The best thing I did was follow their advice to go elsewhere for her care, and I suggest everyone else do the same. Banfield does not care about your pet's life. Please give them the care they deserve by taking them to a place that Banfield themselves recommended--VEG ER is only 2 minutes away from this location and has staff that cared for my cat's critical condition and looked at her right away. I highly recommend VEG ER. I do not recommend Banfield.

I’m considering finding a new vet. The last time my dog was sick they didn’t have the time to see him. He is prone to pancreatitis and this is the only clinic that he has been treated for it at, so the fact that they knew this and couldn’t fit him in for three days is unacceptable. And we recently had to fly with my dog and the airlines requires a rabies vaccination. I purposefully have not had my dog vaccinated as he is an inside dog and never around anybody else or any other animals, I didn’t want him receiving unnecessary vaccinations. I scheduled my dog to receive only his rabies vaccination but I had to work so my boyfriend took him in. They gave him every other vaccination except for his rabies!!! The ONLY one I scheduled him to get was his RABIES!! I was livid!! Then when my boyfriend took our dog back up there to get the vaccination we had to have in order for us to take our trip, they tried to charge him for it, after he had already paid more than double what should have been paid in the first place because they screwed up. Of course he refused and they didn’t charge us, but I’m fed up with this place and searching for a new vet.

I really love the staff here. I would like to point out that the scale is in a really bad location. For those entering and exiting with pets it causes a traffic jam. The desk is trying to check pets in to the center at the same time that people and pets are trying to leave and at the same time people and pets are trying to enter. A huge traffic jam occurs and it becomes mass confusion for everybody trying to get out of each other's way... at the same time the desk is insisting on pets to be weigh in. I love the staff here but this is a problem that needs to be looked at. If you have any questions you can ask the front desk how they handle that. I'm kind of felt like not coming back.

Dr. Zabell has been aware of my issue with dog abuse and I can't get any response from him or anything fixed and he's the president of customer service.I can't even get banfield to call me to resolve any issue. I've emailed, DM on Facebook and I'm ignored constantly. I was promised a call over a week ago and have yet to get anything.

My Precious (Prissy for short) has been very sick n her Awesome regular Dr Oche was out of office for a funeral n was gone for a least a wk n no one cud see her bc they were all booked up. I was referred to Trinnity Commons Banfield Hospital which is quite a drive but didn’t care because she needed attention n i had no choice. Dr Schmidt saw her n helped with problems in medication n this was Monday Oct 23rd n she said they wud ck with me on Wednesday Oct 25th by phone to see how Prissy was coming along. I didn’t get my call back frm them but with good reason, Sweet Dr Schmidt was out sick. It was that day Wednesday I was told about Dr Schmidt being out sick but that another Dr wud call me back that day. Unfortunately I didn’t get any call frm them n was very concerned if Prissy was in pain being a little bone on her back had come out of place n she had been on 5 medications for pain n inflammation n a cough also which was causing more pain due to pressure frm coughing that had gotten worse. So we’re trying new medications with Dr Schmidt prescription on Monday Oct 23 rd. By Friday evening she sets diarrhea n up at 430am I’m bathing her. Called next day they tell me lower meds once a day rather than twice. Meanwhile I have an apptmt with regular Dr Oche on Tues that she was to be back at 3pm. Now I’m trying to hang on till Tues unless she gets worse . The Doctors are Awesome, very knowledgeable n caring. But the staff on both places n it seems that in all of them the staff is so short handed n they are Overwhelmed n in Great Pressure n Stress therefore can’t always get the help u need!
