meh. hours are horrible (only open 'til 4PM) & can't get anyone on the phone without an account number, so that's on BofA corporate. the greeter at the branch was quite helpful in explaining a random BofA check we had and that it was legit. it's not okay that we spent two afternoons driving here to get that answer, though (first time we arrived at 4:02PM and they were locked down tight). no signs saying "ATM lobby for customers only" either, just bars & locked doors.honestly, try a credit union. customers matter because we're shareholders, so things like hours and call centers perform above & beyond what BofA calls "service". one good employee doesn't make this a good place to bank.

I give one star to whoever maintains the properties they always look nice in neat as far as customers service for Bank of America they can eat a big bowl of chicks. With the exception of a lady by the name of Jamalia U MISS DESERVE A BIG FAT BONUS bc u did for us what 4 other csr's could not!

Only ever use the ATM for what I need. As a result, this location suits my purpose very well. The area is well lit and properly maintained. Hardly, if ever, have any issues with the bank. The ATM and online services is always above and beyond what I need. Way to go B of A!

The worst customer service ever….just incompetence and excuse after excuse on why they can’t actually get anything done…this bank is worse than the U.S Government.I closed my account a few years ago & decided to maybe open a new one…and now I remember why I closed it…never again.

I have had nothing but issues at this bank. I am meeting with a manager tomorrow, and hopefully they can resolve my issues for good this time. Last time that I met with a manager, they told me they had resolved my issues, and that they would no longer be charging me monthly fees. That was a lie. Because of the actions they took, and the advice I relied on, I have been being charged monthly fees for quite sometime. I do not check this account, nor should I have to if one of your managing employees told me, "I would not be charged additional fees." I also tried calling first, and I had to just show up. They will not answer phones.

No one ever picks up the phone. After numerous attempts I decided to come in person to the bank on 7th St, Fort Worth. I was told I could only talk to someone if I first made an appointment, so I have to come back a second time!!! My ATM card expired in 3/22 and I came to ask why I had not received another one. I was told my ATM card was closed in Jan 22. Why do you close an ATM card if you continue to accept monthly social security deposits and other deposits? Why was I given cash when I came in person on 3/22 if my ATM card was closed in Jan 22?

At this location their Night Deposit drop does NOT open! I shouldn’t have to be forced to go inside to make a simple deposit! I understand it won’t be processed til the next day so if you’re not going to have your night drop not be available 24/7 then don’t have one.

Truly a terrible branch. A couple of years ago when I got married this branch told us we had to have my husband’s dad present to put my name on the account because his name was on it. So we took off work to drive to Tennessee to meet his dad to change it and the TN location then tells us this was not necessary. Now I’ve had to reschedule 3 different times because they fail to communicate what’s needed to change my name on the account. This most recent one, when I have all the paperwork, they tell me my husband has to be present for me to change my name. I asked “why isn’t this stuff communicated when I set the appointment?” And she responds “well we try to call our appointments 24 hours before but I guess we didn’t get to it.” Yeah, you think? Terrible communication and honestly really inconsiderate staff.
