The whole purpose of having a checking account is to be able to cash checks easily. Well not so, twice I was given different reasons for not being able to cash my employers check, one was that I didn't have direct deposit, the second time was that I need to have at least that amount of money in order to cash it. Two ladies in front of me, could not cash it, because one didn't have an account with them, so they lied to her and me by telling her if she opened an account they could cash it, but how can they do that without any funds in there, looks to me like they're just making b.s. excuses for not doing what a bank is supposed to do. I've been a customer for more than 20 years, and I am not happy so I'll be closing my account as soon as possible. It just doesn't make any sense, we used to be able to that back in the day, what changed? they we're able to verify that the check was good. But now this is just frustrating.

Highly recommend this place is you like loooong lines. I waited over 30min inside to deposit a check. Of course, they're drive thru are all closed. One person behind the counter. Everyone was frustrated.

There is always an unnecessary wait and not enough tellers, with a line to the door. Left the line when a teller seemed to be having trouble with numbers. Recommend using a different location.

Slowest BANK EVER. Always a long long inside because there isn't a bough tellers and there is only 2 exterior ATM's (1 of which is broken most of the time). Further the bank isn't open for people with regular jobs. They open at 9 and close at 4. If I was retired it would be fine but otherwise the hours suck... If I you have a schedule go somewhere else.

I came in to move my mom's account under mine as I am employee and receive no fees perks. We waited for 25 minutes and no one ever came to talk to us. We left and I made an appointment for later that day. The branch was practically empty with only one banker. We waited and waited... and no one assisted us. As the Banker escorted a customer to the restroom, she "came to check on us". I asked when we would be attended and said the other banker should be back shortly. I asked how much longer since it has been 30 minutes already. She didn't know. I left. Hopefully I can do this online or call customer service. This BRANCH IS SLOOOOOOOOOWW. Feeling like the DPS with the sloths in Zootopia.

Terrible place. I have called in a complaint. They have refused to cash my husband's payroll check twice in a month telling him lies that are not bank of america policies. We have had a checking account with them since 2011 and we are really looking to bank somewhere else.

So unprofessional. The black guy that is a manager I guess is so rude and unprofessional. I'm assuming he is a manager Because of how he acted. I could tell he annoyed the other workers. I went there to add someone to my account and this j*** says to make sure I want the person on my account and if I trust them. None of your business moron. What a ghetto j***

The drive through ATMs are always broken. 2 of the 3 were down today. What's the point? Again today, 2 of 3 ATMs are down. There's a walk up atm but the door is locked so it can only be used during business hours. Ridiculous.

I agree with others - this branch used to provide wonderful customer service in a timely manner. However, over my past three visits, I have been told that the services I need are not offered, only to find the next time that they magically are offered. For my name change (I got married), I was given wrong information on documentation needed, and each time we have been forced to schedule an appointment for a completely different day because even first thing in the morning, ALL of their available appointments are already filled. Because I also have accounts with Wells Fargo, I am fully aware of how ridiculous this is - we never have to wait at any of their branches for longer than 10-15 minutes to speak with a banker. We are seriously considering closing out Bank of America accounts altogether due to the multiple disappointing experiences we have had with this understaffed, unhelpful, unknowledgeable Bank of America branch.

This branch use to good when they had drive thru and decent hours. Now those needing drive thru are forced inside to two long lines. If your lucky, someone will ask you to use their automated lines that no one uses because an employee has to instruct on how to use. Great job. On top of that, they don't open till 10 am. Real user friendly for the business person. By the way, if luckier they might treat you like you are at Jiffy Lube and up sell you while you wait.

Decent experience. Friendly and helpful but a very long wait. Only 2 people working. Glad it wasn't very busy. Not a bad location. Next to Boston Market.
