I came to this location for a cashier's check. When told the amount, the teller looked at me suspiciously. She denied my request due to too many transfers. When asked why because the money was in my account, She rudely replied, "though it says available, it could return." I asked how would zelle transfers return? Her response was, when your transactions are no longer pending, I can then issue you a cashier's check.

Short loby hours, I had to result to ATM and multiple ATM's are out of service and the only ATM that's online failed to work properly and ended up canceling my withdrawal.

Very disappointed with the service at this bank.ive had 3 appts and still haven't gotten anything accomplished.last appt I sat there for a hour before evening speaking with Torey and had 15 minutes left and again got nothing done. My time is very important I'm paying someone to watch my family members for me to make these appts. What's happened to the banking business...never get returned calls .make online appts. That doesn't do much good either.and I'm told I have 1 person I have to work with that's for sure not working.

Marcus helped me with a big task today. and went over and above excellent customer service ! this is why I have been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years.. Thank you Marcus. ! I was having a hard day. (:lost my incredible husband 3 months ago). and this very professional and kind bank employe helped me get through this task. !

Once again your line is to the door and you have one teller what is wrong with this bank?? are you gonna do anything about it or you're just gonna roll with it. And no your atm is not the solution, your manager needs to schedule more appropriately to better accommodate your guests, its Friday,obviously yall gonna be busy,so make the change or let someone else that is willing to do whats necessary. This is is outta control

Now that they have closed all the locations there’s barely anywhere to deposit your money. At 12 o’clock noon though, on peoples lunch hour, they are collecting the cash so you can come back later and have no other options of places to go. ??

Line of people to the door and only one teller to help..literally atleast 6 bankers waking around one is just standing behind the one teller just staring off into space. Yall need better management

The ATM was broken; 2 of the 3 tellers were trying to fix it. The 3rd teller was at her station but not helping customers. So no ATM, no drive thru, AND no tellers!

Terrible customer service. No one at the counter with 10 people in line for 20 minutes. Whenever they did get someone it was only one person.So sad to see how terrible their customer service is. And calling customer service is even a worse option as you stay on the line for literally hours
