I was there this morning and the cashier was rude to me. I was trying to buy a cashier check and he had no patience when it came to entering the information required to complete my purchase. I apologize for that but his face told me everything. I think it was because of my lack of language

My husband and I went into this location to cash/deposit our tax refund check both of our names are on the check but I don't bank with them my husband does and he has been with them for over five years the Teller then tells us she has to get it approved by a manager she then comes back and tell us she's not able to cash our check are deposit it because I'm not on his account. Which the day before my husband was advised my that I had to be present with my ID which we both had just ridiculous we then went to another Bank of America and were able to get it cashed and deposited into my husband's account with no problem and the manager their stated that they didn't have a clue why they would turn us down. Just ridiculous I'm now in the process of filing a complaint about this issue because that was very unacceptable and didn't make sense at all

I had a great experience at this location when opening an investment acct. Nicolas assisted me and my wife during the process and we were very appreciative of his kind attitude, patience, and helpfulness. Highly recommend him at this location.

It's one of the useless locations cause they closed at 4. The only tap to pay ATM that works is the one on outside sucks. Because if you want to be safe and go inside, you're screwed, go to the outside ATM.

Toady is my 4th visit in this outlet ,everything was incomparable awesome deal as usual .I’m writing reviews coz I saw so low rating for this branch .In fact I use to go every week on their N Beach st branch where I personally felt many times a hint of racism from their tellers .Comparatively this is a great branch .Everyone specially todays beautiful teller was super professional .I salute her work attitudes!

Three years ago I left a review (below) about the horrible hours. Well guess what?! They're the same. Oh and the customer service is terrible at this branch too. Everybody just wants you to use the ATM for everything.Previous review:You guys seriously are only open 10am-4pm M-F? This BoA has had terrible customer service for years and I'm sure you'll blame COVID for your hours. This place is a joke.

The ATM when I used it my acorn card got stuck in it an also I know I have account with the bank when I went in the lady try say I ďidnt its not bad bank it just the one I. Had spoken with along with she look like same lady from bank inside of wallmart as well i have feeling there something going cause I'm sorry ever since I've live in this area off rufe snow I've had more problems then anything with trying too do anything from saying I'm not me someone else it's just crazy
