The ATM when I used it my acorn card got stuck in it an also I know I have account with the bank when I went in the lady try say I ďidnt its not bad bank it just the one I. Had spoken with along with she look like same lady from bank inside of wallmart as well i have feeling there something going cause I'm sorry ever since I've live in this area off rufe snow I've had more problems then anything with trying too do anything from saying I'm not me someone else it's just crazy

Highly recommend this place is you like loooong lines. I waited over 30min inside to deposit a check. Of course, they're drive thru are all closed. One person behind the counter. Everyone was frustrated.

Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever seen.As a customer of over 36 years, they wouldn't allow me to draw out the money I needed to pay some bills.All because my license was expired.I had all the rest of the information.A manager that was worth their salt would have went out of their way to help.And then ask for a review to rate their experience...From the looks of it... this branch could use all the help they can get on reviews.36 years folks....I will be closing my account, and go to another bank.

Very unprofessional personal. I just went in there to have my name changed and first think the banker told me without even taking a look at my card was: "you can't do any account update without the presence of your husband even if you're changing it to his name " I'm the primary account owner with have all the documents with me for my name change...I had to call customer service for them to guide me through an easy way to make the change online. Frustrating how I had to go through so much for something so simple. Never again would I be at that location.

I came in this morning for a withdrawal. It was only a couple grand but I needed it broke down into small bills for my trip. I explained to Kim I was going to Honderous and before I could finish my sentence she said okay let me get you some new bills. She already knew how picky they can be over there about accepting U.S. Bills.She took the time to go through every single bill and check for imperfections.That kind of service is going ubove and beyond in my book and it was very much appreciated.Thank you for your help this morning Kim

This branch is the most racist there is. Fraudulent activity was occurring on my account. Went in with my ID and Social. The Hispanic lady that didn't help me refused to even look at my information. I can identify myself yet they didn't want to help because of a freakin email address!? So now, I have to call Customer Service which I'm sure will send me BACK to the bank. Bank anywhere else unless you are like that woman and her branch manager.

All 5 stars are for a particular teller here. I don't bank here, but the company I work for does. Ms Loretta Robinson is the best. I don't think she ever has a bad day. It makes my day brighter when I get her when bringing our deposits. Y'all truly have an asset with Ms Robinson.

I tried calling this local branch 5 times and they never answered. The person who greeted me at the door was nice, but having any of my phone calls answered would have been nicer and would have saved a trip to the bank where the Center Manager was not only not helpful at all. I will go to the the other branch tomorrow - the one that answered in only 3 calls. They close at 4:00 so I'll need to leave work, again, to hopefully get things wrapped up. What should have been a 5-minute process, Bank of America has stretched into a couple of hours and 10+ phone calls.

You wouldn’t get service for what you came into the bank. The branch manager is so rude and even not communicating well with the clients. I have been Bank of America client for long time. I’m very disappointed with this branch services that they offer. For a small transaction you have to wait 3 /more hours.
