Reviews are true my father been banking here for over 20 years but is not the same anymore,Need appointment to open a business account?I thought covid was done for. LolTheir was no other customers but me and bankers still choose to tell me to make an appointment??Lazy people now days.Thank you beth for your defensive attitude disrespecting a customer just asking a normal question.

I called 5 times in a row to ask a quick question regarding a Notary, no one answered. Obviously, this branch can't handle their business.

You get one star because there isnt a negative option. We had one lady with glasses who doesn’t greet at the front and one teller on a Monday with ten people in line , one who says she’s been here over thirty minutes. Managers can help and have chosen not to jump in. If you’re not going to greet it’s the least you can do. A lady asked for help and the face of the other lady said it all. Y’all are horrible. I have been in banking before. Y’all set the bar real low. No one should wait thirty min in line just because you decided you didn’t want to work.

I set up an appt to open a business account. I showed up early. I checked in and was told to wait. After sitting for 10 minutes, I was told Michelle (who I'd be meeting with) was aware of my appointment with her, but she was not in office and would not be back for 20 minutes. I decided at this time to find another bank to use.

I have banked here for over 20 years and never have I been so ofended before. For them to tell my husband he did not look trustworthy! For wanting to deposit a large check. Not cash a check just to deposit. Anyways, I guess time to move on

Bank of America doesn’t deposit your checks when you do. I now owe 50$ in rent because I had to wait the whole weekend to get my check deposited. You’d think in this economy they would be more proactive, guess not. Go to chase instead.

If I can't get my bank (BOA) on the phone when I rarely need too, I don't need to bank there. Current trying to call and see what the most cash i can withdraw is, so I can switch banks. PS. I am a Gold Preferred Member..

I don’t have an account here but I have some loved ones that do and I take them here all the time.The security guards are friendly and helpful. The staff, the lady manager that I dealt with super nice.The Financial advisor we worked with was great. The clerks were nice. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

Very poor service on multiple occasions….Everyone that I dealt with in this branch from the teller to the manager- no one person offered proper customer care. They were all very unwilling to provide me with the respect of their willingness to help resolve the issue. I was not greeted by anyone at the door except after I spoke first. The people that were standing at the entry desk were busy conversing with each other and laughing and giggling instead of being present and welcoming to the customers coming through the door.Being a business owner and investing my money in the proper financial institution is very important for the future of my legacy let alone our business. I will never refer anyone to this bank or branch. They were unwilling to even provide basic information about branches that could accommodate my banking needs. I am shocked that a bank of this caliber would hire people with such a lack of soft skills and knowledge of how to manage building a positive rapport. Especially when I have been provided with inaccurate information over the phone. The manager was unwilling to clarify the misinformation. She just stood as if whatever I was having concerns about was just my personal problem and the bank has nothing to do with it and cannot offer any additional assistance or resources.When I entered the office not one person that I encountered had a can - do - attitude. Every question I asked was resolved with an attitude of no that can’t be done or I don’t know, but never offering a resource to which I can obtain the answers that I need to be successful with my next banking experience.

Not sure if this help..but customer beware....I just left this bank on Lancaster an for some reason you can feel the negative vibe when you walk in..I just need a temp debt card...an was told they do not do that...I try my best..not to use this branch..I drive to trophy club..or Bedford..I got the temp card by the way.i use down town bank. anywhere but here .downtown ..Bedford ..trophy club..they are more friendly an you can feel the help I guess it's all about the neighborhood an who they employ there they even blocked my direct deposit who does that..this branch need help.i am needing to speak to them about a hm...but I will take my business to another branch...do not trust Lancaster Bank of America..no thank you..i will go to another

Of course this is another negative review about this particular branch. I have only visited the bank 3 times in the 20years I've had my account. A team of representatives were at the front service desk where you request to sit down and speak with a banker. Im not sure why they deviated from protocol, but 3 representatives begin looking at my accounts and discussing them and the situation in the front of the lobby while I'm standing. So I asked, "does this not warrant me having a seat with a banker?". I was completely shocked. I spoke to the manager, Patricia, and let her know what happened. She said, "umm hmm". No apology, no ill speak with them, no acknowledgment that this was wrong, just the casual, "umm hmm". You can tell that because of the banks location this branch and staff are used to providing poor customer service to the demographics that visits there. Its unfortunate that people who use this service as a resource and help are subject to the, "umm hmm", managers or people placed in leadership roles of the world. The reviews here alone reflect how this branch does business. Its also unfortunate that no one is held accountable for the treatment and lack of professionalism that is taking place at this location on a regular basis per my experience and all of these reviews. Please don't worry about the refer to our social media team for help response. Maybe the employees at this location should be referred to privacy laws, how to treat and handle customers no matter what the demographics are, and leadership classes.

BA has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They do not have a drive thru service. When you go in the wait or lines are long. Do better Bank of America.
