This is a terrible bank. I had them since I was in high school and when I was scammed. No one contacted me they just closed my account down and when I contacted them to remove the fraudulent activity due to the fact I have no history of fraud good record I was passed around the employees was rude and provided me with wrong information and refused to help. Don’t Bank here if you can. Bank of America has ruined my life honestly wish I never opened an account here.

I had a issue with my debit card so I called the service center and this is where my story took a wrong turn. I talked to a agent and he kept asking me questions and I would answer the questions and then he would ask me another. He then said he would send me an emal and it took awhile before I received it in my emails, he was so impatient that he didn't give it time for me to receive the email. Then he he told me I had to go to my bank branch to solve this problem and said goodbye abruptly. But I felt that he treated me somewhat other than an over year member should be treated so I called back and got another agent, now this is when my story took another turn. The new agent that took my call was pleasant and knowledgeable he was more than happy to help me with my situation. He gave me two more options that I didn't know I had. I really appreciated all that he did to help me with this situation. He explained the time limits that I might have to experience which was very helpful, now I can plan how to deal with my financial issues. So I would like to thank Francisco #98WHW for all he did for me, I really appreciate all that he did. My situation is not solved and I have anxiety about when it will be. But I put my trust in God and I'm believing that everything will be alright. As for the first guy I hope I never get him again if there is a problem with my account. Thank you for hearings my concern.

They lucky im in debt or id of left this bank longtime ago! This has to be the worst bank ever. They canceled my partners account for no reason and we had documented proof that her account wasn't cashing fraud check and they still closed her account due to bank of america making a substitute check and then saying it was a duplicate check and they made the mistake to claim it as a "duplicate check" and they can't accept its there fault for mistaking the substitute check they sent and they still closed her account. ZERO STARZ !!

This is the corporate office... no atm on campus. Drove out the way to this location for an inconvenience.... they should at least have an atmosphere accessible to costumer.

Your female African American security officer, is either deaf or mute when she feels like it. She is getting paid to have personal conversations with whomever she pleases. Meanwhile she should be attending to the individuals trying to enter the building. Regarding security and risk management, while they wait, she takes her time finishing a much needed conversation; Who supervises her doing her job on the cameras?Make sure and ask your employees if anyone else has these issues. Maybe it could help your turn over rate. I suppose to avoid inconveniences with her attitude and entitlement; you have to arrive early in case she decides to ignore you or just decides to converse with whom ever is near by.I understand it’s not her job to care if anyone keeps their job, including her own, but that type of attitude is unnecessary in any work environment especially security of a financial institution related facility.

The service quality has gone down drastically.It takes over 30 minutes before customer service picks up call.Local branch in Roseville CA does not pick up phone calls and does not even reply to email inquiries and requests. The Roseville CA branch closes at 4PM !!!I have been trying to cancel one monthly automatic reoccurring payments for 2 days now and still no success. The mobile app and online banking does not allow me to cancel that payment!!What a poor service!!! Will my accounts to some other bank soon.

Bank of America is driving my elderly mother crazy, wasting both of our time, and causing my mother a lot of stress by locking her out of her account because she is trying to use it to send a Zelle payment. She called the number they wanted and she could barely here the representative after waiting a long time on hold. Totally unacceptable customer "service".
