Update: May 24th
They came back out and traced the leak to an installation error. They did not install the grill it was installed by an Aledo “3rd generation plumber”. Barbeque galore was able to correct this other companies mistake and my grill is now working and not leaking. Thanks to the owner for stepping in and turning this situation around. I feel bad he doesn’t have help there with the staff but he was definitely trying to resolve our issue. I appreciate you.
Update: May 13th
They came out to look at the grill. Waiting for a resolution and I will update again. The owner got involved so much better at the moment.
Terrible service. I spent over 5,000 dollars. I have a barbecue that doesn’t work and no service after the sale. The place has no interest in helping me. I’ve called several times and even drove there to get help no help. As you can see I’ve never even got to put meat on the barbecue. Leaks propane.
Anyways let’s hope I can get some help. I’m not asking for much just a working barbecue that I paid for. Also, when I went to the store the place is dead; I say that because I can respect people being busy. They are not that busy.when I call up there they answer to sell me something just not to fix what I bought that doesn’t work.

Went to barbecues galore today...Drove in from Waco Texas to Ft Worth store to look at a gmg ledge prime 2.0..I have been searching for one to look at in Waco but not available..Walked in was greeted by Ryan whom I spoke to on the phone on Friday..He set me right to what I was looking for and explained everything I needed to know...Very helpful and knowledgeable about all products..After some small talk and visited a bit..I purchased..Very easy smooth transaction..I could not be happier with my journey and purchase..Well done Ryan..Appreciate your time and effort..Cheers..

Avoid this place!! Let's talk customer service or satisfying your customer. I have been here twice and once to the Grapevine location. I just want a grill. They asked me to send them measurements in email so I did. They said they would let me know what they can do and we could make the purchase over phone to avoid another trip. I sent measurements and no response. Fast forward a week. I drive out here again. A different rep says he remembers me and they did receive my email. He tells me they don't have a grill that fits my island cutout. I ask what can we go. He looks through his book and finally looks up at me and says, " we don't have anything that will fit". Great! So back to my original question. What can we do? Nothing. This is where the current grill in my space was purchased. So I need to build a whole new island to buy a grill?!? No way. This can't be your first rodeo with a grill that doesn't fit. I'll find a contractor who can retrofit my space and definitely purchase my new grill from someone else. Unless you've had a recent good experience here, don't come. The only reason they get 2 stars is because at least they didn't try to sell me a grill that won't fit.

Yesterday was my first time at BBQ Galore and I was amazed by the products and customer service. I originally only went to look around and maybe grab some Lumberjack brand wood pellets but I ended up leaving with several purchases that are hard to find elsewhere. I will most certainly be coming back for all my BBQ needs and only regret not checking the place out sooner.

1st terrible communication (store/contracted out delivery), was told a delivery date heard nothing had to call. 2nd they delivered everything all wrapped up with paper and plastic and left it like that (bunch of trash). They guy that ended up delivering the load was the manager of the store we purchased? Went ahead and canceled my firelog☹️

I ordered a warranty part replacement for my egg purchased through BBQGalore in July of 2020. As of today, I'm still waiting on the part. I've stopped by multiple times and all I've received are excuses saying the distributor is at fault. Today, the manager told me I just need to wait another 2-3 weeks and then he can make sure I get it if it isn't there by then. Unacceptable. F- EDIT (Since we aren't allowed to respond to responses) As a CEO responding to customers, I would think that you would be less focused on getting empathy statements in and more focused on making the situation right. EDIT I received a call the next day from the manager letting me know he received authorization to pull the part from their floor. I was able to pick the part up the next day. We had a positive conversation about the process, where things broke down, and how it could've been better. I do believe the manager took the feedback seriously. I can't say that I'm impressed by how warranties are handled with this company, but maybe there will be positive changes in the future. Given the way the CEO speaks to customers, I would prefer to give this a 3 star over a 4, but this review is about the local store, so that wouldn't be fair. I will save those opinions for the corporate feedback outlets.
