BB&W website was flooded first day of their semi-annual sale. It was running slow and DID NOT accept changes that I made to an incorrect delivery address. Of course, NOW, the agents are telling me that I cannot change the address to my order. There is no street address associated with the order and they won't advise me which carrier will be delivering a standard package. I have reached out on 2 separate occasions to inform them about the package, but because it is in release status, they cannot help me. I spent a long time selecting the items I chose and I'd prefer to get my order vs cancelling the order. The first agent was extremely unhelpful; whereas, the second provided a bit more information about the statuses. I verified the change prior to submitting my order. therefore, I am livid. Of course, I would prefer to do instore pickups; however, not all items are available in store. Very disappointing with that, as well. Order online and show up & more than half cancelled. If it weren't for spending a gift card & semi annual sale, I can certainly do without.

Love BBW and your staff in general, but you have a real keeper in Heaven. It's probably not the first time you have heard this. Passionate and knowledgeable about your products and, always selling. Give her a raise or I'll probably hire her.

On October I purchase a gift card for my sister when she went to the store to use the gift card they told her there was a 0 balance and when they checked the history that there was no money ever on the card. I went to the store took the original receipt as well as the gift receipt they scanned both and said it showed $0 but clearly I paid for the card. The manager called the customer support and they said they would send a e-gift card in 72 hours. A week and a half later I called back since I had not received anything other than a survey email about the call, they said they needed a ticket number which I was never given one, and couldn't help with checking the status all they could do was open a new ticket. They said I would receive an email with the ticket number and never did other than another survey email regarding the call. This has been a big inconvenience since my sister missed a sale going on at the moment and the card until this day has not been sent.

It was fun to have a variety of scents ?? I bought candles with soothing scents! I'm looking forward to using it! The staff are also very nice.

Love this BATH & BODY!! the staff is amazing you are greeted by everyone. They always offer to help and if you say you want to just shop & look around they let you do just that!
Also if you all don’t know maybe it is just at this store. But you get you rewards instantly. I wanted my free item so I thought I’ll buy one thing tonight (only needed 5 points, yes okay went to get my freebie. Sue me.) and my rewards will update by the morning and I can get my freebie WRONG! I did one purchase for a coworker of mine and then instantly my free item popped up! The whole store celebrated with me. Given it was just 3 ladies, my co worker and I but it was a great experience. All of them deserve a raise for the customer service they have it is phenomenal!
