My experience was great! My mahogany/coconut was shattered by impact of the other candle . Candle was replaced & of course I picked up.a few more great things. Cute/Sturdy soap holder.
& candle holder. Excellent customer service ! Appreciate you Sophia & all staff helping .

I love Bath and Body and I have been buying their products for over 30 years. I had purchased a large amount of products during on of their major sales events (they have smaller events as well), and the nozzle on one of the body sprays stopped working. Although I had to wait over a month for a replacement because they sold out of the size I needed during Christmas, they were very accommodating to replace it even though I hadn’t kept my receipt. The ladies were all so nice,both on the phone and in person, and they took care of me. This is such a good chain, and I adore their products.

Came in for my online order and it wasn’t ready ( it had been 3 days since I placed it ) so I asked if I could go grab it myself and they could cancel it for me. They said yes but acted like it was the end of the world. They made me feel like I was the one being an inconvenience when they were the ones that were so far behind and they didn’t even say sorry about it.

Five days to pick up an online order is insane! Whether it’s holiday season, annual body care day… Whatever! A better system should most definitely be put in place! Went to pick up order on day five, and Customer service was terrible!

Great product and promo but unhelpful assistants. I shopped last black friday and remembered after stepping away out of the store that I forgot to request for gift bags for the 12 items I purchased which were bought intentionally as gifts to my co workers. I turn back and asked the two ladies if I can come back in for that and the lady who is just standing there doing nothing told me yes but I HAVE TO GET INLINE because their capacity is full! It shocked me but I still tried to keep myself compose and asked her if she would be able to just get 12 bags for me then and her replied shocked me more because she said she can but I will still have to wait until someone replaced her which she don't know when. Unbelievable!!!

Went there today. A bit of a line. A lady, Stacy, finished checking someone, we moved up and entered our membership number, she walked away, with a line of people waiting. Talked to some people at the end of the registered, next to a gentleman checking out, not checking anyone out. Another lady opened up, we moved over to the new lady who just opened up, Stacy came right back and asked for next in line. Had not seen her or spoken to her in the store.
The lady checking us out didn’t say anything, was completely rude.
Was completely disappointed in the customer service. Usually people are friendly and greet you, no one did that.

One of my favorite places to go!! Walk in the door, and you are greeted by wondrous fragrances and extensive sales. Bought a large perfume, thinking it was full price, and to my surprise, it was actually 75% off!!! Definitely made me happy and willing to spend the money left over on other items. They did not have the best scents for cars, though, which made me slightly disappointed, but the sales were a plus.
So if you are interested in sparkling like a Dimond and smelling like warm vanilla sugar, go here to achieve your dreams!
