To comply with a fire inspection, I needed to replace two different types of batteries for exit signs. I had no luck in contacting the original manufacturer, who directed me to dealers who wouldn't respond. Denzel at Batteries Plus immediately identified the peculiar batteries and had them in stock. He provided prompt and immediate service and resolved the concern.
