I’ve been a customer for the last several years and had no issues until today. As always, I asked the guy for the cheapest, most basic screen protector since I had a few cracks (I have a witness who heard me say this). When my partner went to go pick up my phone it was $150. I have never paid that much in all the years of getting screen protectors from this specific location. The guy who told me to leave my phone and not wait for it (which I had never had to do in the past) never said anything to me about it being $150. It was very professional of him to choose whatever screen protector he wanted to make the most money. You might have played me with shady business practices today but I will never come back and neither will my friends who have brought you business in the past. Find another location or business who doesn’t have employees working to take advantage of customers.

This location and experience was great! I was able to make an appointment online to get a new battery with free install for my car. I was greeted when I walked in he pulled up my appointment, knew exactly which battery to get and double checked that it would work in my car. Then I got money back for my battery (which they dispose of), He was kind informative and very quick. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a new battery in my car. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

Friendly, quick and painless experience. My car battery needed replacing. They honored the warranty even though I purchased at a different location no questions asked aside from proof of purchase. Andrew and Chris were very helpful and professional. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

I have a iPhone 13 max pro and I got my screen fixed for $200. It was not functioning properly. Three days after the repair the screen would not dim without having a black line across the top. Two days after that it fell with an outer-box case on it and the screen completely went black. I came to see if they could do something to reimburse me or fix it. I was turned away out of $200 and was expected to pay $150 to fix it again. The original purchased the repair on 11/15 my brother’s death date and it spent 2hrs waiting on my phone to get fixed. One week later and my phone screen goes completely black. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. That being said don’t go there for phone repairs.

Needed repair of charging port on my phone. Some other place (not BatteriesPlus) I had contacted would not give me a quote on port replacement but just tried to get me to come in first (red flag). On the other hand, the BatteriesPlus website has quotes and appointment times. When I arrived, the tech found that I didn't need a port replacement and did a much much cheaper cleaning that completely solved the problem. BatteriesPlus is an honest place and I fully recommend them.

Don’t waste your time getting keys made here, was charged 2 hundred dollars for two keys neither one works properly, ZERO dollars returned!!!
Totally bogus claims about giving you half your money back!

Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.
I purchased a Duracell 78 series battery in the store. This was I think the 5th one I’ve purchased there between all of my vehicles. The clerks in the store were very short, rude and acted as they could not be bothered to even sell me a $200+ product because I was interrupting them.
Typically the service had been fairly decent so I just assumed they were having a bad day and didn’t make an issue of it.
Then, said $200+ battery lasted just shy of 3 months. It went dead and would not take a charge. So, we went to exchange it with battery and receipt in hand and were told I was going to have to leave the battery there for 3 days so that they can test it before they will replace it. Leaving me with no battery, no car and no way to work. And the clerk was somehow even ruder than before. So, after doing business here for years, decades actually, I will never give them another cent.

I never leave bad reviews but do not have this place work on your phone. Had a screen and battery replaced just a couple of weeks ago here and t
First, the screen is cheap, it has a black border around it that the guy told me I’d “get used to” after he’d already installed it (feels like they should’ve warned me beforehand) Another issue with the screen that they’re obviously aware of is a sort of phantom typing thing that’s always throwing extra letters in. The guy said something about it and said if I had any issues to bring it back. Well, it’s about three weeks later and for the last week or so typing has been hit or miss. I definitely has the defect he was telling me about but unfortunately, the day before I took it in I dropped it. You know how you just don’t get overly worried anymore when you drop your phone as long as the case is on because the glass they used has gotten so tough? Yeah, not this glass. When I told the guy what had happened he said they couldn’t warranty it ( as I figured)
On to the battery. I do a lot of video editing on my phone which wears out the battery and causes it to overheat. That day I had dropped it off for repair and had gone to gallegaskins to eat (@45min)When I got back, the manager was walking in and said loudly “hey, did that iPhone mini battery work?” The guy who was working on my phone’s eyes widened and he glanced my way causing the manager to stop in his tracks and do the same. Then the guy said “yeah, just had to plug it in again” I asked if they were talking about my phone and the repair guy said “no, that was about someone else’s phone” I can’t prove anything but the manager had been there when I left and the guys w aren’t working on anything else, not to mention the phone has the exact same overheating issues as before.
Just really disappointed. Fun part is that I walk by there all the time. Can’t wait to avoid eye contact I really only took the phone in because I was in a hurry. Luckily I can get a screen and battery off of Amazon’s and do it myself but still. The 180 I gave them to do the job could’ve bought 3 of each.

I went to the store to check my battery and they tested and informed me it was bad and they looked me up to see if it was still under warranty and it WAS! So they replaced it and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes! Great service…thank you!!
