These guys have everything regarding batteries and flashlights. They even had a battery for my Monster roll around speaker I bought at Sam’s club. They have locations everywhere. Great little store!

You first walk into a clean well kept store. Welcomed in by smiling friendly employees. Very helpful staff and the fact that they offer lifetime warranty on key-fob batteries is great. Never have to worry about buy a battery again. Very happy with the friendly staff and over all service provided

Ask for Brian the manager. He’s a Very trustworthy guy and changed my battery for my Lexus key in 3 minutes. After tax i paid $27 and the battery is warrantied for the life of car. So anytime the battery goes out they put a new one in for free! What a smoking deal!Don’t go to other places that use low quality $10 batteries that go out in 45 days. Brian and this franchise only use high quality batteries built to last at least 6 months, but if the battery runs out sooner it’s completely free for them to put a new one in! $25 for lifetime free high quality batteries! Best battery store in dfw. I used to go to the Austin location too and received tremendous service there as well at Anderson lane and burnet road. I love Brian and this store!!

This is a complex review. First the on-line order was made to a specific store. The on-line did not show an inventory level but accepted my orders. I arrived at the chosen store to find out that this location did not have the inventory to fulfill my order. The store personnel was great and provided another close location that have the required inventory. However, he could not transfer the order and could not cancel the order.
I had to make another on-line order to get the batteries I needed to me my requirement.

I will never go to this company again I went in to have some garage door openers repaired the guy refused to give me a receipt was very rude I told him that he was being rude and he cussed me out called me all kinds of nasty names told me to get the f out of his store refuse to receipt again I told him I would call the cops he told me to suck a d and just continuously to cuss at me and I will speak to the manager and I will never visit that store again.
