Will be avoiding this PNC branch location for now on because of Anna. She was very annoyed with me for the whole 5 mins I was there. See the other comments below, seems like it’s the new normal here.

i make deposits weekly and i am very happy with the help I receive from the teller, Eduardo. He has excellent customer service and impeccable manners. He greets you with a friendly and welcoming smile. Thanks to this PNC branch.

I don’t usually review negatively, but after visiting this branch I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. I’m only giving two star because Eduardo, the teller who first assisted me was extremely helpful. However, whenever the alleged manager got involved is whenever everything started. I’m not sure if her name as she does not wear a name tag. She entered into our transaction and began to question me and acted extremely rude. Then turned me down for my needs and had to make come back the next day to solve what should have never been in issue. Never have I been treated like I was an inconvenience. I will not be going back to this location.

It's common knowledge that you can get things notarized at a bank, even for a fee. But not at PNC Bank, only for customers. Not even for a fee.

Husband was -0.27 in main acct. Needed $1 deposit before 1p CST to avoid overdraft fee. Fine. I go to PNC, his bank not mine, as I've done in the past just not THIS location, & you can clearly see from the photo I've uploaded, every line to a teller window was closed EXCEPT for 1. The last lane is the ATM. I pulled to the open teller lane and pressed the call button. After sitting for 2 full minutes, I park in a spot to go inside and conduct business. ANNA was the first person I came in contact with. Explained the situation. Because I didn't have his acct number, she refused the deposit. I have his birthday, SSN, and his child! Plus, our home address, medical insurance card, utilities, etc... She keeps saying the same broken record... She can't give me his acct number... I DON'T NEED IT. SHE'S THE ONE THAT NEEDS THE NUMBER TO PUT MONIES IN HIS ACCT. I DON'T EVEN NEED A RECEIPT. this location SUCKS. Anna is definitely NOT costumer friendly.

This is the only location I’ll ever deal with. I’ve been to several branches and this location seems to take pride in customer service. I was ready to walk away from BBVA permanently due to a horrible experience, and on going poor customer service. Diego Rubio, Patty and the entire staff at this location saved me as a customer. I will only deal with this location moving forward because compared to all other branches near me, the customer service here stands out.

Excellent service. Walked in this branch for the first time and was shocked when the teller welcomed me BY NAME. Apparently he remembered me from the 7th St. branch I used to frequent in the past. Now THAT'S how you do customer service!
