Horrible experience, someone really keeps things screwed up with virtual wallets and debit cards. Took two months to get the correct routing number, someone keeps changing my PIN and password forcing me to go to the bank in person to get balances and so forth, one time my username and password works and then next time they don't and I try until I get locked out and then my PIN won't work or my card gets disabled. Someone keeps charging NY Times and flowers to my account. I no longer have easy online access to my account or statements. When it was BBVA I could enable and disable my card online, I could change my PIN number and user ID all without being forced to go into the bank every time or wait 7 to 10 days to get a new password which is useless if your username or PIN decide not to work. Very crummy system. I've never experienced a worse merger takeover. PNC 5701 Camp Bowie Blvd Branch Fort Worth TX 76107Please get your act together or switch me to the McCart branch.

Stay away from this Branch and In general from PNC bank. I have been paying my mortgage to BBVA using funds from my Chase Bank Acct. BBVA recently sold to PNC. I stopped by as usual to make a payment. I was told that, I either needed to open a checking account with PNC and use their checking account to pay my mortgage or make my mortgage payment in Cash. Avoid this bank like a plague.

Went into cash a BBVA check and Usha Patel teller was rude and made excuses to cash my check and was gonna charge me $10, I'll never go into this bank again. I went to white settlement bank and they cashed my check with no issues and didn't charge me $10. GET A LIFE USHA!

I usually go to the other Camp Bowie location and they all know my name so I'm not used to having to send in my DL for verification. I completely forgot my DL and bank card and went home! Ms. Margaret called me and told me she would make sure I got it and drove it to my job when she got off work! That's customer service! It's one of the many reasons I'll be a lifetime customer!

So I had 3 debits come out all at once and that put my account negative about 20 dollars. No big deal, the same day, I put in more than enough to cover it. I go to bed and my account is positive. When I wake up, I get hit with 3 38 dollar fees for insufficient funds for which they refuse to refund. The custumer service rep made it sound like I should be thankful the debits cleared (despite the fact it takes days to process online transactions that normally take other banks instants, which is why I didn't know my account would go negative) and I wasn't declined and charged a 38 dollar returned check fee.

I have been with BBVA almost 3 years now and have never had a better bank. They are always friendly and ready to help with any questions or problems I have. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help me understand my account even when I've got it all messed up....they are all great people and have great customer service skills.

Worst bank EVER!!!! As Soon as I get my debit card I will be closing my account. Do not bank with these ppl. Very rude & don't care about their customers.
