Hello,
I have had a profoundly negative experience at this establishment. I visited to retrieve bank statements, and both Cassie and the bank manager were unprofessional and difficult to deal with. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and heard majority of the recorded conversation. She filed a complaint on my behalf, and I intend to submit the recording to relevant news outlets. Additionally, I attempted to report harassment, and I have captured the entire conversation on record. They both portrayed to be racist. Then tired to falsely accuse me of harassment. I know this isn’t what PNC stands for. I just want my business bank statements that she said they can’t print them and then changed it to they only can print a years worth and the others have to be mailed. This has caused me emotional distress and after spending time reading the reviews, this is on going with employees at PNC. When I did bank with them I only had one pleasant experience. I usually brush it under the rug but not this time. When they were BBVA, I had no problems what so ever!

I noticed on my bank statement a cash withdrawal of $1000 from my account I did not make. I went to this branch and spoke with the manager about the withdrawal. She verified the signature was not even a close match. She said that it would be resolved. For 2 weeks the charge is still on my account and no word from the bank. Yesterday I went back and was told the manager would call me. No call. Today I went again to the bank and the manager again said they would look into it. A snarky teller said I called the branch that the withdrawal happened and she knows you and your kids were in school together. Implying we were lying. Our children didn’t go to school in this community. It’s obvious to me that there is another customer with the same name that my money was given to. They still have my money and no apologies. Don’t trust your money with PNC.

I don't have a problem with this branch other than the women behind the counter that make deposits. I came in with my tax refund and they said they didn't know if they could cash it. I know their job is slightly complex, but I didn't think part of their job was treating customers like criminals, which is what they did. When they told me they could only deposit it i decided to say f that and mobile deposit it.
I have had nothing but problems with this bank since opening my account online.
First my account didn't show up in the system, and then my debit card was going to take longer than usual to show up, which it still hasn't. I can't access my money unless the branch is open, they aren't open at all on the weekends. Supposedly there's a video atm where I can actually access my funds, I have no idea where it is and when I look for it in the atms if there is one it's not specificly labeled as such.
The best part of this bank will be withdrawing all my money and closing my account.

I went into this branch to get information on opening a checking account. I discovered it's location when I was picking up lunch next door at Jason's Deli. I didn't really know what to expect because customer service now a days hasn't been all that great. However I was pleasantly surprised by the most wonderful encounter with one of the Branch Bankers named Courtney. I went in not knowing what to expect and came out feeling like I had just opened a new checking account while visiting family. The ladies at this branch made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with smiles and how can I help you. Courtney was on a call but was done before I knew it. She took great care of me. Coutney waa professional, personable, patient and kind. She also had a wonderful sense of humor. Im so glad I went inside this branch today. The service I received was beyond excellent. PNC Management you have a great asset in Courtney. Thanks again💜

Most inconvenient location I have been to, although I will also say that this location was originally a BBVA which has always had the most inconvenient locations of any bank I have been a patron of. 2 of the 5 available parking spots are taken by 2 of the employees who work here, when I worked retail we were told to park a mile away if we had to, the most convenient parking spots were for customers. No drive through. Just not sure how you could have a more inconvenient branch.

Showed up At 6:02 and they were 4 representatives in the bank . Told me to go cash it tomorrow off the bank it’s written off of . Well it for sure won’t be going in your bank now .

Been going here a few years now since it is closer to my work than the Azle location. Cheree is always incredibly nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. Can honestly say that having been to this location at least once a week since to opened, I've never had a bad experience.

Shawn was so nice. He was very helpful and re-ordered me a new card and had it mailed to my house and even called back to follow up. This is the only BBVA that I have encountered with excellent customer service.

It’s ridiculous that BBVA is not open on Saturdays. I have a retail business that is open and sometimes we need to get change or make deposits.

Employess are on a power trip with the whole covid thing. Terrible customer service. The branch in Azle or Downtown weatherford is much better.

I drove out of my way with the expectation that my bank would have an ATM... SMH in disappointment...You want to charge me for using other ATM machines and then dont provide one for me to use... Thanks for waisting my time, gas and money!
