Most inconvenient location I have been to, although I will also say that this location was originally a BBVA which has always had the most inconvenient locations of any bank I have been a patron of. 2 of the 5 available parking spots are taken by 2 of the employees who work here, when I worked retail we were told to park a mile away if we had to, the most convenient parking spots were for customers. No drive through. Just not sure how you could have a more inconvenient branch.

Showed up At 6:02 and they were 4 representatives in the bank . Told me to go cash it tomorrow off the bank it’s written off of . Well it for sure won’t be going in your bank now .

Been going here a few years now since it is closer to my work than the Azle location. Cheree is always incredibly nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. Can honestly say that having been to this location at least once a week since to opened, I've never had a bad experience.

Shawn was so nice. He was very helpful and re-ordered me a new card and had it mailed to my house and even called back to follow up. This is the only BBVA that I have encountered with excellent customer service.

It’s ridiculous that BBVA is not open on Saturdays. I have a retail business that is open and sometimes we need to get change or make deposits.

Employess are on a power trip with the whole covid thing. Terrible customer service. The branch in Azle or Downtown weatherford is much better.

I drove out of my way with the expectation that my bank would have an ATM... SMH in disappointment...You want to charge me for using other ATM machines and then dont provide one for me to use... Thanks for waisting my time, gas and money!

Opening my account went great... Then came trying to receive my debt card. I opened my account over a month a go. They lost my card the first time, then promised they'd expedite the new one. Needless to say they didn't. Now they keep promising "it'll be there tomorrow, i swear." They've told me that three days now. Sick and tired of excuses and hearing "blah blah x amount more business days.." I'll be closing my account. I recommend going ANYWHERE else. My parents also have an account with them. That's why I chose this bank. They've had their account hacked twice in the last month. All my confidence in them has been lost, completely.

Two ladies today 9/30 (my birthday btw) staff was very rude. There was a blond lady who actually wasnt the one helping us one i think was stephanie.. either way i was told to estimate how much i thought my jar of change was so i estimated the atleast what i thought it was only to be bargained with and made to look stupid with it. We were whispered about and were treated like an inconvenience . A bank is the only place to do this other than coinstar which taxes you. Atleast i could put money in my account last time i tried to cash i check, which ive done before at this location but somehow she couldnt find my account. Atleast i could deposit my money right?

This bank is worthless how the F do you not have an atm. I hate this bank so much. I regret so badly opening an account with these people. So glad I won’t have to deal with these people much longer

I was at this location a few days ago and Cheree is always in a bad mood. I get that we all have bad days but this has been on multiple visits and regardless that doesn’t give you the right to be rude or dismissive of customers. I’ve watched her interact with multiple customers since I’ve been coming here including myself and she acts like we are ruining her day by just walking in. Probably won’t be coming back to this location if I don’t have to because most branches are WAY MORE FRIENDLY.

Those 2 female tellers in front need retraining. I went in there today wanting to add my daughter to my credit card account. They kept insisting that my daughter's signature is required because my daughter wasn't with me. After arguing with me, they finally made a call to the cc dept and found out no signature is needed but still insisted that my daughter needs to come in with her ID for my own security purposes. WELL, I added my daughter to my cc over the phone and was told by the cc dept that NO signature or ID is needed. Instead of an apology, those 2 tellers insisted on something else when proven wrong to save their face or something !!!! I hope those 2 tellers read this review.
