  I keep trying to give this store chances after chances! But Please Tell Me Why They NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK? Been trying to get CLEAR ACRYLIC for 2-3 Weeks Now! Just something quick to pick up because this store is for me when I need something quick . 🙄 They Never Have Top Coat ! They Have Nothing!!! Like Do Better!!!

  Customer Service lady acted like my questions bothered her! wish I could return what I bought but I read on the receipt no refunds! Save your money and go else where cheap products too!!

  Love, love, love this store. I can't say enough about everything I like. I have been to several other nail supply stores in the area and this is by far the best. Prices are great, everything is exceptionally organized and wide range of product. And Q the woman who helped me was super nice and really helpful. She helped me create a color combination that I can't wait to try. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

  Please note this place doesn’t allow you enter with your purse. They want you to lock it up in a locker in order to patronize them. Wouldn’t recommend. Spend your money elsewhere. They won’t be open for business long ……guaranteed. Not with this policy and the racial profiling listed in the below reviews.

  Walked in today and was definitely stereotyped. He seen a black girl and with a small purse and thought I was gonna steal. He was very flamboyant and rude, but you can expect that from someone that’s a gay boy for you to tell me oh have you been here before and I say yes I have an account and you say oh you have to put your purse in this Locker is diabolical like the store is so freaking small that if anything happened, you will see it and notice I would never be back in there

  We will not be returning to Bella V Nail Supply. They were extremely rude to my friend and insisted she lock her purse up just to shop. That policy is not only insulting but completely unnecessary. It’s unprofessional to treat customers with suspicion. Very disappointing experience.

  Brandon was extremely rude and aggressive to my younger sister who was just trying to find some nail glue. She entered the store in a hurry and heard him say something but couldn’t make out what he said so she said “okay” and continued walking. He stopped her at the door and demanded that she put her purse behind the counter or in a locker because they have “thieves”. She has been there several times and was never told to turn in her purse. The whole situation is bizarre and unprofessional. He had a horrible attitude from the start and was very argumentative with a potential customer. Needless to say, neither of us will be returning.

  The only name brand products they have in there is young nails acrylic and Mia secret. A store full of Amazon and temu products wanting you to lock your purse up just to shop is CRAZY 😂

  Walked in and the lady at the counter kindly mentioned the no bag policy. I immediately caught an attitude and walked out. Theeeen realized I had no reason to act that way and walked my butt back in without my purse to apologize and Lily helped me find everything I needed for my upcoming vacation. 10/10, would absolutely recommend and their prices are insane.
