They are great people including the guard. My appointment time was 11am and I got there 9:45am and they got me in unload it. Done in 45 minutes. Great day!

Excellent place, they unloaded me the day before my appointment, the guard was very friendly and the receptionists were also very good people. If I had more stars I would give them thanks for such excellent places.

Had an appointment @1pm, got here on time, security guard tells me they randomly stopped receiving @11am and makes me leave. Had to park on the street and contact the broker. An hour later, security comes to my truck and tells me that they’re going to accept my truck and tells me to pull in. 30 minute situation turned into 2 hours. Never again

The place is fast .... but I wish everyone has the same rules coming in .. one person say come in befor your appointment and a different guard says appointment only

Been there twice within one week. They get you in and out faster than most receivers. First time arrived over an hour early. 2nd time within 30 mins and same result both times. If they can get you in a door they will and the crew will get in and out of your trailer fast. No O/N parking that I seen. QT not far from to park and wait.
