Berry Patch sells and services Bernina. We’ve used their maintenance services since moving to Fort Worth. Recently walked in on the next to the last day of a 20% off Bernina Sewing Machine sale and got a great deal on a 790 series. Traded in a 500 series and received an excellent trade in value for that (well maintained) machine. They have classes and long arms that you can rent time on. One stop shop for most all your sewing and quilting needs. Highly recommend.

Great place for all your sewing needs. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Sell and repair sewing/embroidery machines. Classes offered for sewing,quilting, and embroidering from beginners to learning something new. Inquire for times and pricing. Fabrics, threads, and accessories.

Beautiful shop. Lots of supplies and classes. Sewing machine repair was done with fresh supplies and cleaned well. Coupons that can be applied for discounts on fabrics.

Great place to buy the best sewing machines. Bernina is the callidac of sewing machines in my opinion. Also available is a class room here to help teach and keep up with your sewing skills as well. Old timey sewing machines are displayed as well. This place has a lil of everything yall need. Come by and see what these are all about.*tips my hat*

They never answer the phone. I live over 30 miles away, haven't been there in years, repairs are needed, called to see if they were still in business, but no answer. From the bad reviews, it seems the quality has slipped a great deal. I'm afraid to trust them with my beloved machine.

I've been a customer of Berry Patch and an avid student in classes there since 1988, at the store on Park Row in Arlington. When they moved to the larger location on South Hulen in Ft. Worth, I followed them, because they're the best! I recently purchased my 7th Bernina machine, and over the years have never been disappointed. They have always taken my current Bernina in trade for a bigger and better machine, and the trade-in value is generous. Both my daughters are the proud owners of one of my former new Bernina machines, and they love them too. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They even learn the names of customers and enjoy talking with us about our projects. They encourage their customers to bring finished projects to show off during class times, and give door prizes by lottery to those who do, as well as to those who attend. There is a charge for special projects, but it is reasonable, considering you usually get everything you need to complete the project included in the class kit. Also, they do not overbook classes, so the teacher is able to help everyone with questions. The fabric choices are endless, and so are the classes and projects, beautifully displayed throughout the store. If you purchase a Bernina machine, the classes to master sewing with it are 100% free, and you can even re-take those classes to refresh your memory anytime. I have never been pressured to purchase anything, but I'm a very loyal customer, because of the quality of service, plus the quality of the machines they sell. Nothing in the world sews like a Bernina...nothing!
