The Geek squad is the reason for my visit and was I surprised by the outcome.
I had two problems with my laptops.
Surprise #1 I didn't know that their service is free for most quick fixes. Wow.
Surprise #2 is they don't service laptop batteries. But they will give you all the information you need to purchase a new battery.
I like reserving a time slot to get my hardware serviced. Saves time.
They take some walk-ins but you may have to wait a while.

-⭐️14 day return or exchange policy with a receipt is ridiculous on unopened items and bought with a Best Buy credit card is totally unacceptable. Never buying any products here again!!

Call the store as the gentleman that checked me out forget to put everything in the bag. Get home call the store number and talk to someone in India that can not help and refuses to transfer you to the store for help. What has this world come too!!
