We purchased a fridge made by Samsung on Nov 5th 2023. 5 days later it broke down As it had only been with us 5 days Best Buy replaced it with the same model. Now 10 weeks later it has broken down again. We lost all our food in the freezer mostly meat and chicken. Best Buy said we have to get it repaired. Pass the buck they’ve got your money they could care less Repair a 10 week old fridge. They refused to offer us a replacement we had to go with the repair. I even went as high as there corporate office same result. I have been a loyal customer of this company for over 20 years. This is the last time I will buy anything from them or Samsung as there customer service is about the same

I purchased a fridge from this store Nov 5th 2023 it broke down within 5 days they replaced it 10 weeks later it's broken down also. All there customer support couldn't care less. I even went as high through BBB to their corporate office much of the same. I will never purchase again from these thieves and I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. There service for customers is disgusting Do not buy a Samsung fridge of any sort from this store or any store Oh by the way Samsung's customer service is just as bad.

Went in to buy a MacBook. The salesman was great. The Apple rep was there and overcommunicated information. We bought what we came for, but it was nice to have research validated.

In this photo shows the wrong advertisement with price ,I requested Garret the sales man to give 2 of this cámara and I was denied because the cámara didn't have the right price also the cámara weren't in a place where they can be reach , I called the manager Angel and he said the a third party person puts the price on the display and he didn't have no control over it sorry there was nothing he can do ,so I decided to call customer service and they said the same thing .. so Best Buy in alliance is advertising products with wrong price and expect you to understand them .. that's disappointing and disrespectful for the customer for lie to people with no mercy ... NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THEM ..
