This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with rent to own. They took 3 days to deliver my washer and dryer with little to no communication. I waited all day just to get a call at 8 pm to reschedule for the next day and they still didn’t show up or call. When I finally received the washer and dryer it was the wrong brand and priced $1,000 higher than I was told. Now we’re in week 4 still no communication and I haven’t received the correct washer and dryer. They were supposed to deliver yesterday, but of course no call no show.

This place shows up at people house and will harass you and attempt to enter your home without permission. We had to get police involved to get them to stop. There employees should remember this is Tx and entering people property can end up bad for them

I can say that all my 69 years on this earth I have never been treated like I've been treated by the manager of of Bestway . My experience has been horrible. . I am about to pay off the furniture that was sold to me. I called because my furniture has fell apart dinner room chair was nailed together coffee table leg fell off end table fell apart call the manager would not work with me. I am on a fixed income They don't care. He Offered me a discount thinking that solved the problem. Recent I called complaining about the same problems the manager was very rude unprofessional laid the phone down while I was talking to them. I have one more payment left now I got to buy another dining room set. The furniture I got was scratch up chipped and broken and over priced. Best way store has done me wrong . I don't recommend buying anything from this store on Lancaster Ft worth.

This place doesn’t care about people… they will break your things and then try to charge you if they have to replace it smh. I’ve been overly patient with the staff just for the lady in there to have a funky attitude with me about something she said and what her guys damaged… they don’t even deserve the 1 star

Waited over a month and furniture not received mean while charging payment always had to be calling in and asking because they would not even let me know what was going on i finally called in to cancel and was then informed that they had issued me a refund so unprofessional!!! i had previously leased from them like 5yr ago the only reason i even considered them, back then I had no problem what so ever but NOW i dont know what happened terrible experience dont waist yalls time!!!!

These people are charging other people's cards and storing their payment info on file without permission and the persons card they charged is filling charges. Be very careful how you choose to pay them. They will charge any card you ever used! They can't be trusted with card info.

I used Lancaster Rd location in FortWorth to purchase washer and dryer a couple years ago. Paid items off recently decided to purchase a refrigerator with same location. I purchased online and then called store. For two days the lady at this location said she would call me back and never did. Asked for a refund. Got email saying it had been processed. It has now been since the 26th and still no refund. I emailed again with no response. These people do not now how to communicate. Stay far away!!!

Only reason I gave 4stars because I ran into a problem with my dryer when they delivered them not having a longer dryer cord I had to replace it myself which I think they should have done that otherwise customer service was great and the delivery was on time

This place sucks. I have been waiting for a month for furniture. I no longer want it. They don't care about customer satisfaction. They want money but don't want to provide service. I'm about ready to tell you to come and pick it all up! VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
