“These guys are great! Had an issue with frame sizing and they helped me with switch it out and went over how to use the suspension. Excellent customer service I would recommend taking your bike there as they are very knowledgeable and take care of you!”
“Went in today to get my 29er wheel dialed in on my Surly. Swapping from 27.5 to 29. And a different cassette. I am not familiar with Gnot Spacing on Some Surly bikes. Not to familiar with dropouts used on Surly bikes. Come to find out I needed a Snuggnut to achieve what I was trying to do. They had it in stock. Put it on my bike. Dialed it in.”
“Santina Gutierrez was thee best. I was given a bicycle as a gift and she was so helpful in explaining how different things worked on the bicycle. She was professional yet very personable in her dealings with me! Thank you Santina!”
