Carrie made filling my taxes so easy! She was patient, knowledge and kind. I was missing one form and she waited until I received it via email to complete the filing. Will definitely be back next year.

Miserable experience here, year before last. "Tax Pro" Donna Huston filed my taxes without asking me my direct deposit information, and on my completed tax return are a series of nonsensical numbers where the proper routing and accounting numbers belonged. Not sure where she came up with any of that, but I suppose it doesn't matter, as she instead elected to sign me up for an Emerald Card to receive my refund on, which I didn't ask for or want, and that cost money to use. She also signed me up for file transfer, which cost $40, and again, had nothing to do with what I indicated on my forms that I was actually choosing. She claimed that the "front desk" had told her my preferences, and she went by their misinformation rather than consulting the form I filled out. Customer service did nothing, the manager Sharon Wells did nothing but refer me back to Donna, who couldn't be reasoned with in the first place. Another "tax pro" Carrie Chandler looked at me like I was a bug when I initially went in there and asked how much a tax file would cost, and then replied, with disdain, "I'd have to go look it up," and then proceeded to stand there, making it clear that she wasn't going to go look it up, or obtain an answer for me. (Not only was her imperious contempt odd, but the fact that she didn't know information as basic as price to file was incredibly bizarre). That should have been my cue to leave entirely, instead of using another "tax pro" there. The entire office is dysfunctional. I can't believe I paid them money for the results I got. Never again.
