Update. The management is a joke. This rudest worker at this location literally posted a review by herself and representing herself regarding the worst retail experience I have had. I am from New York City. And I work in PR. Lundy, I know you are gonna see this. I will report you and your behavior to the head office of Bluemercury. You are a joke, and what you are doing is ugly inside and out.
Avoid this place! This place is filled with rude people, especially this one called Lundy Johnson. Honestly will absolutely tell everyone about the horrible attitude of the entire team here. Will report to the bluemercury PR team

Earlier this week I stopped in Blue Mercury “what a Great Store!!!” Very friendly and Welcoming . Lundy was fabulous ! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I Will definitely shop there again !!

They always have what I need and the customer service is professional and helpful without being too pushy towards sales. I gave them my budget and they respectfully showed me items within that budget. Yes they have high end items, but there are a ton in mid priced items as well. Positive experience and it’s nice that it isn’t so crowded like a department store.

Employees have zero customer service skills. The blonde lady with too much botox asked me if I was going to buy anything or JUST PLAYING WITH MAKEUP, as I was looking for my foundation match. Horrible service.

My favorite place to go for shopping for my skin and hair care. I appreciate Joshua and his amazing help in choosing the right staff. He is so knowledgeable about products. He always recommends products that helps to solve my issues with the skin and hair. Thanks to him I discovered Revive serum that helped with my skin getting loose after I lost 20 pounds. I went to several medical spa places and all offered fillers and Botox or very expensive procedures. Joshua recommended Revive and really helped to tighten my skin. The same situation with hair. I shopped in Neiman Marcus before and spent a lot of money and didn’t get the results I wanted. So now I am a loyal customer of Bluemercury thanks to their choices of products and customer service by Joshua. Highly recommend this place!

Very clean! There is a great price range so anyone can find quality items no matter their budget. I really appreciate the amount of vegan, clean and cruelty free items they have! So hard to find!
