such a useless visit. they just push everything to customer care they dont wanna help themselves i tried to be as understanding as possible but genuinely the worst store ive been to by far. the girl that took us was stuck up and didnt want to deal with the problem she created in the first place and added extra fees that were never discussed……. she is allergic to taking responsibility😟💗
