Boost has advertising all over saying they offer 30 day $ back guarantee. This guy that find this store literally told us this when purchasing the phone and 3 says later at take it back because the service is horrible and all of a sudden they have no refund and no exchanges. I called Boost customer service and she tells the girl working that Boost does do refunds and the girl at the store argued with her about it. It's pathetic. This store is nothing but rude. Greedy, money hungry, useless, people selling trash phones with trash service.

Went in for my upgrade and he was trying to sell me a phone full price i knew he wasn't right and went to the one in the fiesta on berry and got one there literally been with boost for almost 9 years I have never paid full price for upgrades talking about taking $20 or 30 off smh don't go there
