Let me say this with all honesty.This place gives boost a bad rep. The guy who works there with glasses.It drives a red Honda.Civic is a terrible with customer service Did not want to help me.Because I did not initially buy the phone at his location and said that he could not see my information.Because I did not buy it at that store.It's 20:25, I'm sure if he look.He would've found my information quite easily on top of that.He was in the middle of helping another customer who got frustrated aswell... I honestly hate going to this location.But it's right by my house.So for now I tolerated but I bought to switch back to tmobile

I m extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this shop on October 14 th.despite being a regular customer for bill payments and phone purchases, I encountered unacceptable behavior from a new staff member .The guy who u used to be here was more nicer.the new guy displayed poor customer service and disrespectful towards me and my family. I expect treatment as a loyal customer.very bad bad

Every time I go to that branch it is never open, it always says I'll be back in 10 minutes or it's closed...plus there's a smell of marijuana.
They should have a fixed schedule and give the employee 1 closing time for their lunch, that is, 9 to 1
Closed 1-2pm open 2-6pm
This way we clients know what time we can arrive...
I'm going because they closed the other two stores on Campbowie.
But I'll change company.

Unfortunately the salesman was unable to help me solve an issue with my phone. He told me to call customer service. He tried, but it was still disappointing.

I was lied to about my bill when I went in to pay. My phone got shut off cause he told me the wrong amount to pay. The guy who helped me was rude.

Mr. Faraz has the has the highest level of performance and customer service. My wife & I were there to activate a phone we purchased online and he handled everything perfectly & in a very timely manner. I recommend this Boost Mobile location to everyone looking to buy a phone or start new service.

Walked in did not get greeted the guy was just talking on the phone so I decided to look around .. few minutes passed I finally got asked what I needed help with. Told him what I came in for he says “ok hold on” and continues to talk on the phone then mutes the call to talk to me. (Instead of hanging up to take care of his customer) He kept muting and unmuting his call.He finally got off the phone about 10 minutes later and says “so what do you want to do?” He then gets another call and HE ANSWERS the call!!He then starts talking for a little bit and hangs up I let him know I wanted to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 12 Pro Max he said ok goes to the back and gets a red iPhone 12 and was already on the phone with a representative to activate the phone. He did not ask if I liked the color or how much I would have to pay no nothing about the phone. I Decided to leave the store because I felt like he was just trying to sell me whatever phone and get me out of there to get back to his call.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
