About Boot Barn
Boot Barn offers a great selection of western wear, including men’s and women’s clothes, boots, belts, and a small selection of jewelry. The store is smaller than most but still has lots of goodies, with a large boot selection in the back. Located conveniently near the Stockyards, the store is clean, well stocked, and well organized. Customer service is exceptional. Staff members like Allen, Margie, Store Manager Nick, and Alyssa provide great customer service, being patient, kind, helpful, and willing to help. One customer bought a $400 Stetson Hat because of great conversation with Allen. Another had a positive experience buying a first cowboy hat, with reasonably priced hats and help finding the right size and shaping it to personal preference. A customer returning pants had every single employee gather around to make it happen. The staff are all very nice and friendly, making the experience enjoyable for visitors from Chicago and Arkansas alike.

Great Selection, we saw a bunch of things that I liked… but I must say I Only bought my $400 Stetson Hat because of Allen. We had such great conversation, I enjoyed listening to him telling us his Life Stories. From your friends in Chicago

Went into the store last night to buy my granddaughter some and i had the best customer service from Margie she was patient and kind and very helpful to my granddaughter, it was going to be her first pair of boots. I will definitely be going back and asking for her assistance again. 😊

Great time shopping in the Stockyards. The Boot Barn was exceptional. Great customer service. A Good selection of western wear.
