Had such a great experience at BoxLunch today thanks to Brian! He introduced himself right away and even asked for all of our names, including my kids’. He was so sweet and personable with my son, who came in hoping to find a specific Stranger Things shirt. Even though they didn’t have his size, Brian went above and beyond helping us look, talked to my son with real kindness, and even complimented us, which made the visit feel extra warm.
It was close to closing time, but he never rushed us and actually encouraged us to take our time. Customer service like that is rare, and it genuinely made the trip worth it. BoxLunch is very lucky to have Brian!

Walked in today and wasn’t greeted by the 2 employees and the store was an absolute mess. One stood behind the counter the whole time just looking at the computer despite a whole wall of shirts being messy. No one ever checked in on me. Won’t be shopping there.

The staff at the Fort Worth, Texas...Hulen Mall location ( Shalana...Faithlynn and Mary ) store and Arlington, Texas...Parks Mall location ( Bryan...Alma and Cade ) are fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and all around well oriented...Boxlunch is one of my families favorite stores to supply our need of Stsr Wars...Marvel and Harry Potter fan needs...I couldn't be more pleased with the selection of merch and the way the staff makes us feel when we visit these two locations. Please pass this on and don't let these words written just be words....thank you Boxlunch well done guys!!

BoxLunch is a great place to purchase merch for your preferred fandom! The store is organized, and the staff is friendly. Most items are on the pricy side. I do love their Disney items.

I love the boxed lunch franchise, however this store hasn’t been open multiple times I’ve gone there. For instance today, their sign on the door says 11a-8p on Monday. It’s Monday 11:30am and the doors are locked and no one is home. Love the store, but the inconsistency makes it hard to stop by here.

Great selection of different pop culture merchandise, be prepared to possibly spend a lot of money when going here. Everything is great quality and the staff are very nice.
