Been going here weekly for years. A lot of the same crew. Lately at prewash station only one guy there. He only washes and scrubs one side of the car before going in..At finish station the long time crew do great but the new ones not so much. The bathroom is an absolute train wreck. They better up their game since new car washes are springing up nearby.

Got express detail. Was 90$ on sale today at 70$. Left car and when I came to pick it up the cup holders were still dirty, no tire shine and no way did they do a hand wax. Little more than a wash and vacuum

Brought in today for a Detail. This was the worst excuse for a detail I've ever had. Failed even to wipe out cup holders. Tire shine spotty, hand wax was a joke. Will never go there again, waste of money

We drive past other car washes to go to Britezone because of their exceptional customer service. Great staff to work with. When the car wash broke a windshield wiper (after hundreds of washes), they worked with the repair shop to pay for the fix directly. Highly recommended.

This is the best car wash! Consistently great wash and service which is why I have been coming here for years. Also see the same friendly faces time after time which is something rare to experience these days. Keep up the great work!

Update: this place overall is great and has hard working people, I don’t want one poor attitude employee or one incident to tarnish the rest of the crew, they do a good job here.Original review: Online they say they close at 7pm, pulling in at 6:30pm I figured this gives them ample time do do a wash and clean, they usually get me in and out in about 15 mins for a full car clean and shine. The kid at the cashier booth when I pull in tells me they already shut down the vacuums and gives me a blank stare, I guess it’s too hard to flip a switch and turn on a vacuum but that’s too much to ask. Terrible customer service. If you want to shut down a vital part of getting your car cleaned, how about post online the LATEST you can arrive and get it done.

Terrible car wash, came out with more problems then fixes, terrible customer service, just overall do not waste your money here nor your energy, I recommend any other car wash than this one. Thank you and have a great day.

Paid for a full service wash. Came home and had to spend 15 minutes doing the work they didn't do. I understand it's hot but at least wipe the dash and the doors

They always do an AMAZING job! It doesn’t take long for them to have your car shining inside and out. The people here are kind and caring. They work hard and care about their customers. Bought 18$ wash was hand dried and tire detail. Drove home looked at truck still dirt down both sides of truck and all 4 rims still dirty but tires did shine . 1 out of 3 ok

I’ve been coming here for a number of years but something has changed. Today went through and brushes weren’t working. Sent me through again and same thing. Refused to credit or refund. Can’t make this stuff up. Needless to say, won’t be back and will dispute charge since service was not performed.

I like the car wash it doesn't clean your car that well. I mainly go there for the detailers but if you don't tip they clean like s***
