Totally ruined my car! For over 22k In repairs and more than a month waiting with nothing but excuses and issues my 2017 F Type R was totally ruined by these guys. Brand new motor, didn’t reassemble a good majority of fasteners and screws in the engine bay, car has leaked coolant and oil non-stop ever since the repair. Got the car back and it smelled like horse manure and they had the windows down in front of the shop obviously trying to air it out. Car had not accounted for miles added on, more than necessary for testing. Misaligned hood, Missing liner panels in trunk, bumper not reattached properly, so many broken not replaced clips, missing screws… Hesitated to make this review not wanting to ruin a shops reputation but it seems they have done it themself. Don’t go anywhere near these guys, absolutely clueless!

I've used Jeff at British Auto Specialist for two Aston Martins. He has been honest, professional, and thorough on each visit. Jeff has an immense amount of knowledge for these vehicles. Don't waste your time and money at a dealership, this is the place to go in DFW for anything British made!

Jeff has taken care of my Triumph TR6 for 25 years. He and his guys have a depth of knowledge you just can't find anywhere else. They communicate well, always give me options, and are always honest about what has to be done and what can simmer. If you have a British car in DFW, you need to know this garage.

Took my 2015 Range Rover to get coolant problem fixed and paid these ppl over $5k and problem never got fixed properly until it got so bad couldn’t drive my car. Finally took my car to someone else and they fixed issue for $1300 and I have had any issues since. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS N RIP OFFS AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING I advise go somewhere else or waste your money!

I recently took my Jaguar XF to get a state inspection. I was told by the local mechanic that I needed brakes. They quoted me startling price to do it for me. They also said they wouldn’t be able to get parts for at least 2 weeks? I knew I needed to find another opinion. Thankfully, I stumbled upon British Auto Specialists! I spoke with Jeff ~ he not only quoted a great price (relatively speaking), but also said the job could be done in a couple of days. I took my car to him right away. When I arrived we walked around my car and I showed Jeff some things that I had been wanting to get fixed, but wasn’t too sure who I could take it to and trust? Bottom line, I had the brakes done, a new bumper cover put on, a new windshield and a couple of wheels resurfaced. All completed in two weeks time! I’m thrilled with everything. I highly recommend Jeff for your one stop British shop. You will be completely satisfied.Services: Auto body & trim repair
