If you've never been to a Buc-ee's and you are far away, it is worth it to go out of your way to experience this super store! We were there for like an hour.

Bucees new return policy is not good for the customers. Well it's not a return policy it's a exchange policy. Which it is at front the store in a corner where customers cant see it. If you buy the wrong of size of shirt and get home and try it on and it don't fit and you go back to exchange it for a different size and if they don't have same shirt in the size you need your SOL. Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club, Kohl's,Home Depot and Lowes don't have a policy like Bucees. As I see it Bucees Top management dont care about the costomer it's all about money. ITS A SHAME. I know some there stores still have good customer service. The manager at the store in Springfield MO didn't have any costomer service training.

I've always had a great bucees experience except for this store. Cashier 31111 on the north side of the store was SO rude to my mother right in front of me. I'm not sure if its the area but we've never dealt with people like that in Texas of all places.

Purchased a shirt. At the checkout counter before leaving the store- ask to exchange the design- same maker, same price. Very young lady came over and stated Buc-ee’s has a zero return policy. Unfortunately there was no internet service so I was unable to look up Buc-ee’s return policy. To my absolute FRUSTRATION it clearly states- an item can in FACT be exchanged or returned if all tags are in place and item has not left the store! The little girl just didn’t want to put forth the effort! Even the cashier apologized and said she was surprised. To top it all off. There’s nothing more than a recording that leads you to the website that leads you NO WHERE! Ridiculous!
The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the bathroom was in fact clean. But the absolute lack of customer consideration ~ Buc-ee’s has gotten too big for their britches!

We go to Buc-ee’s often and today I bought a cheese cup and found a piece of eye lash/small hair on a piece of cheese, had just opened it when I got in the car. Asked for a refund and Gabby the manager refused to give it to me and said that I could only get another cup of cheese because of a recent policy just change. I didn’t want to get another because the same person had to have handled it. Just gross. I told her just to keep the cheese cup and my money. I forgot to get a pic before I gave it to them. Sorry guys
