The rental process was quick & easy! I had to extend my rental vehicle a few times, at the last minute, no hassles, no problem. Avis rental prices vs the competitors was by far better. Nicer, newer vehicles on the lot. The new Murano was a treat. Vehicle pick up & return were a snap. Hands down, my new "go-to" car rental place! We will be back.

Rented with avis for many years decided to do through budget this time. Love to see the changes happening with this location. Service is fast and I can always find a good deal on a car. The earlier you book a car the better as they do run out fast and I have had to wait for a car to come in. I also have to mention I love they called me ahead of time to confirm I had a rental. It does get crazy in the rental car hunt. Hope this review helps someone in need of a car ?

Horribly Customer Service!!!! I don't remember the last time I had to take the time to write a bad review. This time I just couldn't let it go in hopes people will reconsider renting from this company. ..We made our reservations online and prepaid for our services. Our family car was in the shop, we were going out of town and needed a rental. Everything seemed fine, a lady called and confirmed our 12pm reservation for Saturday. We show up just a little past 12pm due to the wreck on the highway, walk in the cityview office where my wife and I see a white male (who walked right passed us not saying a word) and a black female (who later told me her name was Daneisha) from the back door was yelling "sorry, we're closed!" We explained that we have a reservation at 12pm.Daneisha said" we close at 12" ..i asked why would a reservation be made at 12pm if you close at 12pm. She said," sorry you should have been here earlier." i explained "I didn't know you were closed at 12pm" ...she then says" you need to leave because I'm about to set the security alarm and lock up." i asked "who can I contact above you?" She told me to call the reservation line on the pamphlet. We were pretty shocked...not only was our prepaid reservation scheduled at closing but the Daneisha didn't have a care in the world that our family needed transportation and it was the companies error. We called the reservation line and they offered a $20 coupon for our next rental as if we would want to come back. Crazy!! Then we asked if there was another location and there was another about 10-15 minutes way and they closed in 25 minutes. We had to rush to the White Settlement location (in Wal-mart super center), the lady at this location had no empathy or offer an apology on behalf of the company or just the situation, wanted our reservation number, charged us more for a transfer fee and didn't want her name brought into the problem. It looks like from the other reviews this is not only a problem with employees at the rental locations but from the top as this type of services seems to be acceptable for this company and their hiring, oversight & reputation management process may need some improvement.

STAY AWAY... These ppl are CROOKS. I've sat here and watch these ppl upcharge ppl saying there car class isn't available. Just seen her upcharge a lady $20/day.My CC decline due to fraud protection they said they couldn't rerun it so I asked to use another card they said I couldn't. I personally seen ppl cards decline n they asked "Can you call your card company n see if you can get a temp increase." I called 5 other budgets and asked if your card declines can you use another card and I'm being told YES... Also they WILL NOT add your spouse to the rental agreement (budget policy) without them tring to charge you. I called the Corp # and they still didn't want too. These ppl are CROOKS thus is independent owned.Cars are ALSO DIRTY, smell like SMOKE. It's only 1 person I will rent from here and that's Deneisha if you see Candace or that guy RUNNNN....

My husband and I reserved a rental due to my car being in the shop. Couldn't make it at the scheduled pick up time so I called to make sure I would still be able to pick it up. I was assured that it would be there. I got a ride and when I arrived I was told my reservation was given to someone else and they tried to charge me for a more expensive car. Now I'm stranded 36 minutes away from home with my daughter. I tried calling customer service multiple times but just keep getting transferred. Does anyone know who I can call to speak to about this?

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Look at the other 1 star reviews, they clearly do not care. They ran out of the car type I reserved and charged me 100 dollars for the upgrade. I had no choice since we were due to leave in an hour. When I asked for the managers number to ask for a refund, the clerk GAVE ME THE AUTOMATED HELP LINE.

Worst rental car experience. I had forgotten to move money to the right account (my mistake) so when my card declined I fixed it immediately and said "please run it again". I was told "you only get one swipe per day". ? What?!? She said it's on all my paperwork. I checked my email, itinerary- there was nothing stated anywhere about the one swipe policy. It wasn't posted at the counter either but when I asked about that she went back to the office and brought out the posting, showed it to me and placed it on the counter. Also on the new posting it says you have to pay a $200 deposit if using a debit card when the original posting said it was $150. And still... ONE SWIPE??? Ridiculous.

the office was supposed to open 7:30, we got there 8:30 to pick up our rental car at 9 and nobody arrived until 10:30. We end up picking our car 11:30, as there were some people before us. The car that wet got is in the worst conditions ever. The trunk doesn't open, the car needs an oil change, the rear wiper is broken (and it rained today). Lost more than 3 hours in customer service... and they only agreed on giving one day rental in the US or Canada... they even told me to get another car worth their competition...

It was bad the first guy who waited on me was very rude and didn't wear a mask. The truck I picked up was to small so I called and the next employee was very nice .when we returned the truck my niece left something in it and she called the very next morning and they told her the store was closed because the employee who first waited on me has covid.

Worst experience ever. Was told the $30.99 & $16.99 optional insurance was a one time charge, it was charged every day that I had the vehicle for 10 days. On top of that when they asked when the rental car was expected back, I told them i didn't know due to my car was in the body shop. Well, guess what? I was charged 6 days late fees as well. Called 7 different people who all were supposed to be able to help with some credits, none did.

I DO believe in 2nd chances which is why I’m FINALLY leaving a review. The first time that we rented a van from them for a family trip, the charging ports didn’t work and the passenger door didn’t open - not to mention, it was POURING the day we picked it up and WE were sent to the BACK or lot to pick up the vehicle. The SECOND time was WAY WORSE. We scheduled a rental IN ADVANCE, received confirmation and was IN ROUTE to pickup the van when we received a call telling us that the rental wasn’t available for 4 hours PAST our scheduled reservation time. Now we’re not only being told that they have NO idea when our rental will be ready but also, NO EFFORT MADE TO COMPENSATE US FOR THE DELAY, we were “welcome to find our own replacement” or to drive 45 extra minutes “to see if there were a rental available “. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE and moving forward, WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS LOCATION OR ANY OF THE OTHERS. We were connected to “upper level management “ who also didn’t appear to care and was of NO help.
