Rude employees when I picked up and dropped off. Hidden fees were charged that I found out about after I returned the rental and it was too late.

Ethan and Priyush are pleasant. 2nd time using them. I moved to S. Fort Worth/Crowley area and went to the Hulen location which was a mistake. You can find my review there. This location answered the phone through the day and Ethan kept me updated with ETAs on a potential vehicle. At 2 pm he said he had a car available and whole process took maybe 30 minutes. I'll just drive here moving forward if needed. Knock on wood, hopefully my last accident this year.

Never renting from here again I made appointment to pick up the car up yesterday at 11 they told me to come back at 1 so I called and they left me on for 45 minutes so I went back and still had to wait another hour and still didn't get the car wasn't available until 5pm

I always rent from this location every time I need to travel, I am aware of the constant company policy changes but I assure you that Piyush and his people help everyone the best they can, it surely takes extra effort to accommodate new policies and procedures but that's everywhere!!! Cars are well taken care of. Will come back again to rent another vehicle to go to Utah for the 4th of July!!!

don’t which location but you have a driver that nearly hit 2 cars, tailgating every car in front of him, and was going almost 80 on a 55 with the license plate of 3GB667. whatever you guys are selling or offering if this is how you allow your drivers to behave i wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. he tried to give me a dirty glare after he realized we took a picture of the license plate most likely. do better and teach your employee how to properly drive a company vehicle.

I’ve been using this location for years! The gentleman that opens, has always been accommodating and adjusted based on my needs. Their fleets of vehicles are much better than the Budget in Frisco (with only a few vehicles). No issues whatsoever. Once I even had a rental with a strong smoke odor. I ended up turning around saying I wanted another car and there were no issues.

I do not recommend budget, especially this location. I made a reservetion 3 weeks in advance, contacted the store and explained that my passport had expired and that I only had my driver's license (from a US territory). They said there will be no problem as the license is from a US territory. The day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle (11/21/2022 at 10 am) the store manager told me that I needed another identification “as a back up.” I explained my situation again and what they had previously told me, I offered to present my voter’s identification, my birth certificate and social security. The store manager did not help me at all or accept any of the offered IDs. I think this person was carried away by my racial profile. I felt discriminated by my ethnicity. He did not show any sensitivity or empathy towards me, nor did he offer alternatives. I wasted time and was late on the trip to see my family. Oh, and they hold my money because it was pre-paid. So, couldn’t count with that budget either. BIG ADVICE: DO NOT PRE PAID. I ended up walking in AVIS, who accepted my driver's license from US territory and voter’s ID without any problem. In short, the worst experience I've ever had renting a vehicle. The worst customer service. I don't understand how this company sees all the bad reviews for similar situations and does nothing. That's why they go bankrupt. NOT RECOMMENDED, go somewhere else and believe the more than average bad reviews here.

Where do I begin? Made my reservation online the day before with a noon pickup time. Get notified the next morning that the car won’t be ready until 4. Fine, I can deal with that. Show up at 4 and during processing, the guy at the desk tells me his ID scanner has told him my drivers license is unverifiable as authentic. He tries again and same thing- unverifiable. So now that it’s rejected it twice, according to him, I can’t rent a car. But, he’s willing to show me the paper guidelines printed out at his desk, where it clearly states that if a license continues to come back as unverifiable, he can verify my licenses validity with another form of ID. So I offer my military ID and he tells me “no, sorry, the machine said no twice so I can’t rent you a vehicle.” What’s the point of that guideline then? Cancelled my reservation and was told I would receive a full refund and my two days worth of points I used as well. We’ll see if that happens, but I’m not getting my hopes up.

Rude and Unprofessional!! The African guy there has no customers service manners. We book the car for 11am and he told us he won't have anything til 12 and to call him back. We called and was put on hold til the automated system send you're call to a corporate location. Drove up there while on hold still and there was no one in there, so he had us on hold for no reason!!! When you first walk in you don't even get a greeting all he gives you is a dirty look. This place needs to shut down or train someone with manners and customer service skills.

Schedule to pick up at 7:30. The rep didn’t show up until 30 minutes later. It took over an hour to do the walk-through on a vehicle. There were several vehicles that had all leaks or some type of damage.

As in another, post we mentioned an issue with the rental car where we picked it up. Although, there was an issue there, Fort worth location was amazing. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name. He immediately took us in and got us a new vehicle. He made sure we were taken care of, did a walk around the car with me, and made sure we had all the paperwork we needed.Thanks for all the assistance.
