In March i took my car here after i was rear ended into another car. I have no idea how but that did something to the AC. Calliber “fixed” it fast forward 4ish months later and there’s a bunch of steam coming out and my AC is no longer working ( i was parked was just about to leave the house) I called them and they told me to take my car in. They called me today that there was a wire holding my front bumper up. The only ones to have EVER touched anything in my front bumper is them. I have had 2 accidents and have taken my car to them both times. I did hit a pot hole about a day after i got it hack but was not bad enough for me to do that. I have full coverage insurance and hate driving my car around messed up. If it was bad trust i would have taken it to a body shop not tied it up. To go with that my husband is a mechanic so why would he go and tie my bumper to a radiator hose? Thats just dumb. I drive a 2022 Toyota camry with about 60k miles. If you know cars you know toyotas is the most reliable cars ever so i have NEVER had any work done on my car besides those 2 accidents when it was taken to them. They’ll say life time warranty but will blame you for anything that comes out wrong. Dont take your car to them, go to someone who takes accountability and holds up their warranty. Attached is a photo of what they say we did.

They work for the insurance company and not you! Thats y they make you sign everything before you see the vehicle. They will definitely ignore you pointing out damages that need to be repaired.

Horrible turnout with the car having dust on the inside, having to call multiple times to speak to the manager who was super annoying and looked disgusted when he met me. On the survey he told me to rate all 5 and to say that I didn’t not bring my vehicle back. Horrible customer service.
I had to come back the same day and have the side mirror tightened. Also the guy who was working on my vehicle Cameron thought it was ok to reach out to me via my personal cell number via text and call after I had a flat tire. I will be contacting corporate.
