My car was hit 7/27, filed with insurance and had it dropped off at this location on 7/28. It was in the shop for about two weeks and when I picked it up there were still a handful of issues. The GM Chris reached out and personally saw to it that the issues were handled, down to getting me into another rental himself, rather than waiting for insurance. Though I was initially pretty annoyed and discouraged with my experience, I do appreciate that Chris took the time to check out my car himself, acknowledge the issues, and see that they were corrected.

They did a really great job on my truck. You couldn’t tell it was damaged. They even finished my truck two days earlier then excepted.

I recently had my truck repaired at Caliber Collision. Initially, I was pleased with the quality of the repair work—everything seemed in order, and the staff were professional throughout the process. However, after picking up my truck, I encountered some unexpected issues.
The day after bringing my truck home, the remote stopped working, and shortly thereafter, the truck itself would not start. I promptly contacted the employee who had been in charge of my vehicle, but unfortunately, I received no response for three days.
After finally reaching out to upper management, they were understanding of my situation and assured me that they would refund the expenses I incurred while fixing the issue. While I appreciated their willingness to make things right, I have yet to receive any of the promised refunds.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision. Although they did a good job on the initial repair, the lack of communication and follow-through on their part left me disappointed.

Monica was my contact. She was always sending me updates about my truck. When the truck was completed, she went over everything they did and happily answered all questions. I'm very happy with them and would use them again.

Lincoln Davis is a great service advisor. He kept me informed on my vehicle progress and explained the arbitration process. My car looks new from the repairs. My car was hit from the passenger side all the way down to the backseat passenger with tire marks and small dents. They did a great job!

Lincoln Davis was an amazing Service advisor! He kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop and he knew I needed my car asap because we were moving and he got my car done almost a week early! 100% recommend!!

The staff at Caliber Collision were very helpful in the process of repairing my vehicle. The staff gave weekly updates on the progress of my vehicle and when it would be ready. The customer service that I received from Caliber collision staff members was top tier and I really appreciate the staff at Caliber Collision. Thank you for a job well done.??

I’ve worked with this caliber once before and had no issues. This last time I took my truck in(2023) to get it fixed and the job done on my truck was terrible. I had to return 3+ times (one of which they ripped my gas line and left it, so when I pumped gas it would leak). To this day 6/1/24 my truck isn’t fully fixed because they lost caps to my door handles. The person looking over my repairs was Lincoln Davis. He assured me that I’d have everything complete, but I still haven’t heard back??♂️.

The Calliber Collison off of western center is definitely the place to go! Their service was fantastic, their processes were on time, and they went above and beyond to help me out during a time of stress and need. Jackie, their office manager, was very organized and helpful, and my service reps, Nathaniel and Monica, were great at communicating every step that my car repair was in. From the estimate to the final repairs, everything was seemless with them. I appreciate the service so much. Thank y’all for making my wreck situation easier!

Do not go to this Caliber. They destroyed my back up camera. Lied to insurance and say it was caused by accident. Camera was not affected by accident. Wires were cut by there workers and when they could not fix it. They wanted me and the insurance to fix it. If they are lying about this small issue. I wonder what other type of fraud they commit. Before and after photos. Only damage is from bumper to bumper collision. Bumper is the only thing that should have been repaired
