Took truck in for collision damage. Great communication with text updates. Very convenient system to drop off and pick up vehicle. Got it back and it was detailed inside and out! Great, great service!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I truly believe that they deserve that and more. I had a minor interaction backing in the garage and nicked my drivers side window. It unfortunately cracked the top left side and took a small piece of plastic off. My heart was broken. I have a 2024 Kia Telluride that only has 10,000 miles on it. The car looks and smells brand new still. If that tells you anything about how well it’s taken care of and garage kept. When they towed it (insurance said undriveable) I was having all the feels and the car hadn’t been washed or really cleaned on the inside. Poor thing. While my car was at Caliber, I received the best customer service. Their staff was super nice and I was kept in the loop the whole time on my vehicles status via their automated messaging system. I never had to call to inquire where they were at with the repairs. The work didn’t take long to get done either. My husband was able to pick it up the other day for me and bring it back home in the garage. Today was the first day I drive it. It looked different on the outside. Super shiny. I thought it was just me until I got inside of it. They had not only washed and detailed the exterior they did the same for the inside. I don’t think that is something just any collision place does. This has filled my heart more than they will ever know. Times have been tough and we are celebrating our first holiday since my Dad passed earlier this year. I have days where I don’t want to even do Christmas but know I have to. Life goes on and family still needs you. So when I saw this I knew I had to find a way to share their goodness and excellent customer service with everyone. They have no asked me for a review or to rate their service. I hope they will see this and know that they have made this customer a very happy “Karen”

On a long drive from Baton Rouge to Colorado, we had a trunk locking mechanism failure. Thankfully, we were in the same shopping center as caliber collision in Fort Worth where we talked to Chris Breedlove who was so validating, kind, and intelligent. He went the extra mile to come out and show us the part that failed before fixing it and replacing it. He got us in and out and saved me hundreds that I would have spent elsewhere. Sonoma Creek Caliber NEVER disappoints. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use them for vehicle repairs and they’re on point. Fix was complete way quicker than I thought and they kept me updated as much as they could.

Getting vehicles fixed is always a super stressful process fortunately for me I took it to the best place. Communication throughout the whole experience was great, honestly exceeded my expectations to keep me comfortable and happy without any worries.
