Although I hadn't had to go through car repair and insurance claims, Caliber kept me informed throughout the time they worked on my car.My car looked new when I picked it up.I was told it would take approximately one and a half weeks (depending on parts availability) and I picked it up the very day I was told it would be done.Services: Painting

Sad but true, they will do things to your car so you keep coming back. They stole a part from my audi car. And I found out from another mechanics. I know fr sure they are the ones that stole my part, cause one of their mechanics who had the same Audi car as mine kept asking me stupid questions, now When I look back, it is him who stole it. It is so sad. I hope it comes back to you one day.

Awesome work! Backed my car into a pole and you’d never know it. The team was kind and welcoming when I dropped off. They were super communicative with what steps needed to be taken to fix my car. I got regularly notified of the progress of the fix. Chris was very thorough and never left me wondering when I’d get my car back or how the fix was going. He even let me know when it was fixed but not up to his standards and therefore sent back. I appreciated the extra effort and the “seal of approval” he is determined to give. I think this was some of the best service I’ve had in any industry. Made me feel much better after feeling so terrible about damaging my car in the first place.

The worst experience with this workshop. They do the job the way they think it looks good, but you have to come back several times until they fix it right. They send you text messages with the vehicle update and you call to see if you can pick up the vehicle and it is not ready, it takes longer and when they deliver it to you, we have to pay for the rental car for the days that they took longer, and They defend themselves by saying that the text messages said that the vehicle was already ready 6 days before, that it is our problem not to pick it up the day they sent the message, they do not accept that it is their mistake and because of their mistake they charge you extra. If I can give one piece of advice, it would be to not trust caliber collision text messages, go get your vehicle if it is not ready as long as you sign it and you will again be responsible for the extra time. It was the worst experience. If I could leave a negative rating, I would give -100 for their poor communication and poor professionalism. They only defend themselves by saying that they sent text messages to say that the vehicle is ready, and I call and they tell me that it is not ready yet that they call me when I can take it and after several days I call to ask if it is ready, They tell me their vehicle has been ready for 6 days, they are not professional and they do not keep their word, the worst experience in workshops that claim to be professional. The recommendation is that you do not trust them for calls because they are not responsible for rental car charges.

My wife had a good experience a few years ago. I called them, they said they would keep my car for about 30-days to repair it.I guess I am expecting of the America I grew up in, where I would have it back in about a week. I know my wife had a loner in 2020. I worked out of state that year, but she only had the loaner for one of the weekends. Max, she had it 14 days because the weekend before and the weekend after, she had her car. 2-4 days to order fenders, bumbers, 2-4 days to repair. Hell, this time, it took two weeks for the insurance to give me a recommended place. Caliber was not on their list anymore. Same insurance for nearly a decade. I guess it is like AT&T, the loyal customer never gets the promo! Two more weeks to tell me they want to total it, not because the repair is too much, but because my 2017 Acura is not valuable enough anymore. Not Caliber Collision's fault. This was a hit and run, and now I will have no car, or have to buy a new one. I don't think Caliber Collision could have done anything differently. What has happened to the America I grew up in where folks tried to treat you fair. No one cares.I did not say, "No one cares!"The "!" is just gone.like everything else.no one has feelings, no one used to be down at the underpass sleeping underneath. Our "!" is now simply "."period.Maybe we truly lost after 9.11.Somewhere, everything has been devalued. It went with Covid, I guess ?Maybe, I will get a 2nd opinion here at Caliber. I still got my "!"Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My car was involved in a hit and run, not crazy damage but my passenger side back door needed replaced and the front needed repaired. My car is a 2021 Kia Sorento that we drove off the lot with only 7 miles on it. Since it was my first ever brand new car we have kept it it top condition and have really taken care of it. In 2 years we’ve only put 15k miles on it! Anyway, the 1st time Caliber said my car was ready it had chunks of dried paint covered by clear coat all over the passenger side, when brought to the workers attention he took it around back to buff the spots out but couldn’t get them out so they decided to keep it and try something else. No big deal. I didn’t hear from them for another 2 weeks so when they said it was ready again I went back hopeful. This time there was a scratch on the front passenger door that they were supposed to repair and the molding was popped off in that corner. I brought that up and the worker and manager both tried telling me that was prior damage and they wouldn’t be fixing it. I let them know that was never prior damage and 2 weeks ago when they said it was ready that wasn’t there so it obviously happened while in their care. They brought up the intake photos and that part of my car wasn’t marked on green in their photos which means no damage in that spot yet they kept saying it was prior damage even though their own photos from day of drop off showed no damage right there. I confronted the worker that went over the car 2 weeks prior with me and asked him if I ever pointed out that new scratch where the molding was off and he laughed at me and said he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Then the manager said they popped the molding off to fix that door yet told me there was no way they scratched it because they never touched the molding. So which is it, they took it off to fix the molding or they never touched it?? Couldn’t figure out which excuse they wanted to use. They failed to extend our rental through Enterprise when they needed to extend our pickup date and Enterprise charged us 500$ and almost overdrew our account because Caliber NEVER updates their system. We got that money back in the end once Caliber finally extended it but it was a pain and hassle having that money taken out to begin with. After almost 3 months and a huge headache later we got our car back that was filthy from dust and glue inside and out. We will NEVER use them again and you shouldn’t either. Terrible customer service and they will lie and laugh and smirk in your face. Go somewhere else! We wish we did. We’ve never had a car wreck before so this was our first time dealing with this and it’s where Progressive recommended us to. We DON’T recommend. And Caliber, if you have any questions or concerns you know how to reach me.Services: Painting

Maybe my perspective is a little skewed in the fact I haven't had an accident in quite a while, but I went to the Western Center location and was told without an appointment they couldn't look at my car, and they were booked for at least three weeks. I then called the Harmon/Sonoma Ln location and was told they were in about the same boat. At this point, I asked if they could see other locations and tell me who might be able to get me in quicker. He explained that they could not see up to date at other locations, that I would need to call each location myself. Now I've sold Caliber a lot of services in the past and preferred to use them as I like to give business to those who have given me business, it's generally referred to as brand loyalty. In this case, I called another National competitor, and the local repair center told me basically the same thing, but offered to switch me over to Customer Service who could book me an appointment without having to call all over. They were able to get me an appointment in two days at a nearby location. In retrospect, I believe I could have received this same service from Caliber, but the competitor is getting my business because they went the little extra to help me out. It's frustrating enough to deal with the hassle of someone hitting my vehicle, but to be told to call each location individually myself was insulting.

My experience with Caliber was smooth and easy. From the beginning they made it easy to get my car repaired. I was able to submit pictures online and got a quote quickly. When I took it to the shop, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. Michael Parker was assigned to manage the repairs on my car. He took time to look at my car and understand what needed to be repaired. I was given another quote the next day that matched the previous quote. I was told repairs would be completed in 3 weeks if all parts were available. The car was done exactly at 3 weeks. Michael communicated with me throughout the entire process and assured my questions were answered. He went above and beyond by buffing out scratches and other marks which made my car look like new. Needless to say, I am happy with the repairs. I recommend this place to anyone needing body work and will certainly return if needed again.

Great Body shop! I have high standards for my body shops because my inlaws are all in that business. Since we moved down to Texas a few years ago, I haven't found a decent auto shop, but I won't go anywhere else for my body shop needs! I typically avoid big shops because I don't want to deal with Corporate BS and subpar work. CALIBER Collision is the exception.Beautiful paunt job after my fender repair. If you have an accident claim, they will take care of it quickly. And. If you need a rental, they will transport you to an enterprise complimentary as well as return the rental when you pick up your vehicle! 5 stars from me!Services: Painting
