Overall pretty good experience. Took our vehicle here after we were rear ended. Our vehicle looks like it did before the accident and they were pretty easy to work with and accommodating. The only minor issue we had is the “tailgate open” light kept coming on after we came to pick up the vehicle so we had to bring it back again a few days later after they ordered a new sensor. I wish they would have double checked this before telling us it was ready, but they claim it wasn’t doing that before I picked it up. Strange and I guess I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Used the Enterprise in Caliber for a Dodge Chalenger more than 2 weeks prior to the date I needed it. Yes it says " if the car you rented is not available they will give you something compatible to the o e you requested". They tried to give me a 4 door Charger. Nope not compatible at all. More like a Camero but not a 4 door sedan. Absolutely no comparison. Chalanger for a Charger... Yes I'm a woman and yes the engines are compatible but I wanted a sports car not something I can drive the family around in.
I will not recommend Enterprise ever and will NEVER EVER use them again. They should even advertise that car if they don't have it. I would say that's false advertisement

These people do not understand how insurance deductibles work. I had to wait over an hour for them to confirm basic information I shared with them several times prior to pickup. And to top it off they sent me home with some one else's final paperwork. Which is a leak of non public private personal information as it included home addresses, phone numbers, VIN and other identifiable information. Do better.
Body work looked great so A plus to the shop workers.
Also the Enterprise rental here is atrocious.
