Unfortunately, I have had to turn my cars in for recalls and repairs a lot in my life and none of the other service reps I have had to deal with have come close to the level of attention Gregory Buford has given for this most recent repair. He was conscientious, understanding, and communicative. I didn’t have to call in once wondering about the status of my car. A+!

Be caution with this people. They continue playing around with me. 3 weeks ago they told me car will be ready... Since then I call every day and every day they says car will be available for pick up in the evening... I cant. I have to take my 4years old daughter to school and I need to go to my Therapy and they keep playing arond with me. Th.

Got rear ended kinda badly and my tire was stabbed by the rear fender they fixed my car up like new the service advisor Kevin was super helpful and helpful with the status of my car . They did an amazing job I would definitely go back and recommend for future reference!!

My daughters car was hit in the side and we were pretty worried because the whole door had to be replaced, but it came back looking brand new and was even ready the day before they told us it would be. Both the customer service in the workmanship were top-notch!Services: Painting

These guys so quality work. They communicate with you through the entire process so you know what’s going on. Have Enterprise car rental on site if you need a vehicle while yours is being fixed. Caliber Collision, North Beach St. The entire staff met all my expectations from day one that I visited this location. Second time at this location. Overall good experience. These places are not known for their quality more for time in and out. However if you reach the right person and convey to them you need for it to be right or you won't take delivery. They will meet the expectation and do it well. You need to know a little about the process to be able to spot when things are off. The managers are good at this location. Once scheduled goes pretty fast.Services: Painting
