Very affordable, quiet, and clean. The housekeeping staff is excellent. They did a very nice job on cleaning my room, and were very accommodating if you ask for any supplies. The front desk is very respectful, and was dedicated to accommodating me during my stay.Rooms: Nice rooms. Very quiet. Comfortable.

Krystal at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. She was amazing. They were short staffed but worked hard cleaning rooms to accommodate my coworkers and I. The rooms were very nice and clean. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. I stay in hotels year round with my work. This hotel rates high on my list. Great staff and clean, cozy, and comfortable rooms.

Linda at the front desk was so kind and helpful with are stay. When we checked in the coffee pot was missing and I have to have my coffee in the morning lol and she made sure before she left that night to go out of her way to get me one. I wish more people would have the amazing customer service she had. I'm very happy that I did. Choose your hotel to stay in after reading the reviews. I will admit i was scared, but now I'm very happy. I don't know why people have to say such bad things online when they weren't true. I will come back to this hotel next time. We come to Fort Worth. This is one of the Worst Hotels Stays I’ve ever been apart of.The first thing:I got renovations happen. I specifically asked:Am I going to be anywhere near the renovations….No she said.After getting my $380, plus $100 security deposit….I get off the elevator and what do I see….CONSTRUCTION ???Then I get….We will move you later….Which ended up being the Next Day.Nothing in this place was up to date.No shower CurtainMusty SmellI had to ask for Wash ClothsDishes in the dishwasher were Nasty and Dirty.Please DON’T STAY HERE!!!!I should have been paid for staying there.It was Really that bad….Without Exaggeration.Do Better!!!!

It’s been 7 days since I stayed here , and my 100 dollar deposit still has not refunded back on my card ?I had to switch rooms because my thermostat was not working and the rooms smelled horrible . On the food out couch , there was tons of human hair underneath the mattress, like housekeeping forgot about vacuuming that part . I don’t understand why they even ask for a 100 dollar deposit - Hilton doesn’t even ask for that much and to have to wait (or still waiting …..) for my deposit to come back in to my account .

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and I’m very hard to please! Rebecca at the front desk was so warm and helpful. You never know what people are going through so being kind is always important and she went above and beyond not knowing my situation! The rooms were clean and perfect for those that need an extended stay. The location was great an Uber was available within 3-4 minutes.

They charged me a 100 dollar deposit to stay said they didn't accept cash I used my cash app card for the deposit they said it would be 10 business days it's been well over and still no refund I called the two ladies I talked to was very rude and unprofessional said I needed to contact my bank has nothing to do with the bank it's them I will never come back to this location.....

We stayed here between our lease being up and moving out of state. All the staff was courteous and never rude. We had a few issues that were outside of the hotel’s control (my dog was attacked by another dog staying there and the toolbox on my truck was broken into) but overall our stay was pleasant.The area is not the best, but could definitely be way worse. I never felt unsafe. There were not homeless people living in the dumpster as others have said.

Awful. This is a run down old Candlewood. The ac is only in The living room , a tiny bit blows in the bedroom thru an attachment they made. The 1st room smelled like cat pee. 2nd room smelled like cigarette smoke. Handles are broke. Fridge whistled all night. Mattress was awful. Awful. Awful awful. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere else. You will be disappointed. I had booked 4 nights. Thank goodness thru them so I was able to be refunded for 3 . They said can u be out in 20 minutes. I grabbed my stuff and was out of that room in my clothes from the day before in 8 minutes. I didn't want to pay another night. I stay in many hotels. $50 to around $200 a night. This is the 2nd worst in 3 years of travel. Location is not the best either. Another thing. They do not put extra toilet paper in the room. The 1/2 roll was all that was there Booked the 4 nights. Was given 2 towels. If they can't even wipe the table off , I myself cannot trust that anything else was cleaned properly.

Worst hotel with kitchen ever. Booked this place to save money and cook over the holiday week. No one told us the elevator was broken nor did they tell me I needed to bring my kitchen from home to be able to utilize the amenities that the hotel claims to have. Didn't expect resort quality for the price, but we did expect to be able to function. What else? We had to share one room key. The thermostat was broken, the smoke detector wouldn't stop going off with the stove vent and window open, the toilet ran non stop, the garbage disposal was broken and the sink backed up. I wouldn't recommend this place nor will I be staying here again.

***DO NOT STAY HERE***I stayed for one night, Nov 4-5 2023 and I was double charged by the hotel that night. I had to go to my bank to get the charge removed. Two weeks later and the hotel racked up an entirely different charge on my card and the manager refused to take my call and handle the situation. I have since reported them for fraud and have discovered this happens here either because of management or the staff they hire being able to draw cash from a charged room.

I booked a room today 10/28 and my bedding was filthy. The front desk agent Ash just gave me new sheets because hospitality was gone but she should have just switched my room. I had to change the bedding myself . The elevator was broken, the stairway smelled like piss and weed. I also had to keep going up and down the stairs to reach front desk because they werent answering the phone. I have attached photos of my bedding.
