He is an honest, fair and reputable mechanic, you can trust him to give you a transparent estimate and that he will execute an excellent job. Figured out in minutes what took me a week to attempt. I ended up cleaning my throttle body in my car and didn't realize I needed to have it digitally reset and to relearn the system. It left me lots of errors in check engine codes of different ones and Captain Auto came to the rescue and fixed it for a extremely great price!!. He will be my new mechanic shop for any DIY stuff I cannot fix myself

My car started smoking - the belts were squeaking and we thought it was the power steering pump. Had it towed to Josh, he diagnosed it, ordered the part, they sent him the wrong part in the correct box, and it was still ready the next day. The AC compressor was locked up and didn't allow the belts to freely spin like they were before, causing the smoke. I knew my AC compressor was broken and every quote I had gotten on it was $1000+. I paid a bit over half of that including labor and I'm so thankful to have a working AC in Texas. My oil was also quite low, so I requested that service as well. Josh is a wonderful honest mechanic. 10000/10 would recommend, especially for my ladies concerned about getting ripped off.
