Similar to another review I had an absolutely horrible experience with Casa Bella Decor. I never received the item I purchased and after months of back and forth asking for shipping updates, and eventually asking for a refund, I resorted to disputing the charge with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had a horrible experience with this company and absolutely would NOT recommend buying from them. They did not fulfill my order and refuse to give me a refund. I ordered a matching comforter and shams set from this company in 10/9/23. On 11/3/23, they delivered only the shams to me. I emailed them that same day to inform them that the package I received was missing the comforter. I received a reply back stating: "Yes, the comforter will be arriving separately. Our incoming shipment from Sunday Citizen had sizing errors in it. We have a new container arriving and the comforter will then ship. I’m very sorry about this and we will get it to you as soon as possible. I will update you as soon as tracking is available." (see pic) To this date, I have not received the comforter & they refuse to give me a refund. At no point after 11/3/23 did Casa Bella provide me with any shipping details or info about the status of the comforter, despite my many attempts to get an update. They also refuse to let me return the shams which are still in their original packaging and unused, and I have no use for because I never received the matching comforter.
I emailed many times after 11/3/23 asking for a shipping update. I also told them that I would want to return the shams if the comforter was not available or going to arrive much later. They did not reply to any of those emails. In Dec, I transitioned to asking them to cancel the comforter order & refund my money. I also asked for a return shipping label for the unused shams since they were part of a set (they don't have an online return portal so you have to email them to request a return). I emailed them repeatedly & called. They responded twice over email & once by phone saying they would "look into" the issue and get back to me, but each time they would not get back to me so I'd have to reach out to them again.
Finally, out of frustration, I posted a 1 star review in hopes of getting a response from them. Instead of reaching out to me to try to resolve the order issue like any reputable company would, they responded by sending me emails and text messages telling me to revise my review. I felt threatened & harassed, so I blocked their cell phone number and ask them to put me on their do not contact list for emails.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am not the only person who has done so, which you can see on the BBB site.
I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company and that was not successful initially. I can only assume because Casa Bella was not honest about their failure to ship the comforter to me. Thankfully, I was able to re-open the case and it's under review. I had to mail a letter along with all my email/text/phone log documentation to my credit card company. (I didn't provide that the first time because I thought Casa Bella would be honest about the situation.) Hopefully, the charge will get reversed soon, but what a hassle! I just want my money back and it's ridiculous that I have to go through my credit card company to do that.
A reputable company would actually discuss the issue with their customer, admit their error, apologize, and provide a refund. Casa Bella only seems interested in covering their tracks, and they have kept my money without delivering the product I purchased.
***4/19/24 UPDATE: After a thorough investigation and looking at all the documentation, the bank found my dispute claim to be valid and I got my money back! I can't believe that I had to resort to a charge dispute to get my money back for an unfulfilled purchase from this business. But just happy to finally have my money back!

It took a while to receive the bath towels due to problems with vendors but it was definitely worth the wait!!! The towels from Cozy Earth are exquisite! The best towels I have ever had. Thank you Jonathan for assuring I had the best towels on earth!!! I am thrilled with them❣️
