Their program is beneficial for tenants during the initial term. However, most are evicted afterward because they cannot afford the rent on their own. In the end, the people this program aims to help often end up in a worse situation than before. I tried contacting their director to provide constructive feedback but received no response.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the program coordinator, who came across as arrogant and demeaning. She failed to explain the process clearly, leaving clients confused and unsure of what to do next. She kept us waiting for extended periods, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful of our time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I personally have never had my kids in the school but I have multiple friends that have had their kids in these programs, and they got worse and worse. You can tell that they expand only because they get government funding, because the people even including the CEO that work for this establishment. Are rude entitled and think that they're better than other people because they have a certain title. I couldn't imagine ever being such type of a person. It's not even allow somebody out of a parking spot so that they can move out of your way. If they can't be nice in a parking lot they're probably not very nice behind a desk either.

They are very helpful but only with help getting housing but the help with food, hygiene products, and even have their own therapist which I am in now and I feel comfortable talking with the therapist. I even got help with my resume and I got a job interview. This place just gives me the hope and motivation I need. The staff is really nice and I hope God continues to bless them all for all the hard work they do.

This is a beautiful facility. My church service meets here Sundays but I've attended events here before. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. The mission of CTL is wonderful, helping women in transition. The building is up for sale so the program will be housed somewhere else. I do hope the building will be used well for something and not razed.

If I could leave a 1/4 of a point I would definitely do it! First of all the room that I was put in to stay was filthy ?. A woman who stays there left a pan on the stove full of oil and there was a fire. We were placed on the 3rd floor from the 5th floor and the women were VERY DISRESPECTFUL towards us! After about two weeks, we were moved back to the 5th floor. The case manager I had is Tamara Sapp. She had difficulty in following through with "simple tasks", like remembering to give bus passes.... She also had an issue with being respectful. One time she opened up the door to the room I stayed in and just opened it, while I was saying "just a minute ", because I was using the toilet. She promised another woman food ,while she was at a Motel fighting Covid and didn't answer her phone or bring more food after the 3 day supply ran out! She doesn't tell the truth and talks on her personal phone when scheduled for a meeting with you
